I am SOOO excited about the opportunities for my clients with this partnership. The pricing in the new project is lower than you'd spend to buy a unit in San Francisco or another part of the city. It's comparable to being out near the beaches. And the neighborhood will be incredibly walkable. I already shop over there at the farmers market and seafood market but I drive in.
