Very nice video, I'm a boardgame player and also want to have a go with painting minis for my game, including Oathsworn, I'm more and more inclined to pick up the Army Painter speed paints 2.0. Your vid convinces me it might just be the best option for me.

Thanks for watching and for the kind words. Speedpaints really make it easy to get good looking minis. Sure, you need to learn technique too, but Speedpaints make that learning curve a lot less steep. Good luck!

I use a bigger brush for my WH40K figures, then again, i'm using a lot of time.

While I prefer straight fantasy, I will have to try some WH40k figures, they look like they are high quality with good detail.

It says for beginners, but then you use terms beginners would never know, let alone talking about priming (but you don't explain that either).

Fair enough. I actually cover priming and such in my first mini painting video. My goal with my videos is to show simple painting from a beginner painter. I'm trying to show how you can be successful as a beginning painter. So many of the other painting channels out there are from straight pros with a lot more skill and experience. I'm trying to show a different side. I can try to always include the highlights about how to prime in the future.
