Jocelyn I went to a flea market yesterday, the one booth was selling a box for a dollar so I was digging, I came across a small canister that I saw belonged in another box with the set, I had to grab the little guy and put him back home with his family, I thought of you as I did 😊
Another great video! Am I the only one that flips through the comments before posting......."I can't hear you" (said 50 times) Uuugh! You're wearing a mask, walking, talking, picking up items, trying to follow arrows on the floor AND filming! You're a rockstar and I can hear you just fine. Thanks for the continued content you put out. I appreciate it!
My mojo is gone for fun thrifting for treasures (for myself, not a business) being I feel like we are in the apocalypse and so much is in the air......but, watching this made me miss the good old days.....hope it does return one day to normal. Cheers.
You are so respectful and always show the most gratitude for the small things. I think that is what drew me to watch every single video you upload. Not to mention the antiques and vintage items you always show on your channel.
Hey Jocelyn. I was so happy to see you at a Goodwill! I'm not sure if it's just me but I'm having a hard time hearing you. When you have your mask on I don't think it matters. It just seems like the background noise is so loud and I can't hear what you're saying about each piece. But then when you stop and look at us, into the camera then I can hear you really loud. Is anyone else having this problem?
Been thinking of positive things that have come out of the quarantine...finding your RUclips channel is one of them. Really has kept me company as someone who lives alone.
Im not a great fan of lamps or glass items like you. I just love stuff! I’m in the category of people at high risk if getting Corona. I’ve tried to stay in as much as possible and was defiantly going thru thrifting withdrawal then I started watching you. I’d sit here watching you telling you to go back , look on your left or whatever. Just wanted to let you know your trips helped me get thru! Thanks
The pink tapered casserole bottom Is Homer Laughlin China, the Harlequin pattern. They designed it to mimic their Fiestaware to be sold exclusively at Woolworths. It would have originally had a lid.
Funny story. I went to our Goodwill and the workers are familiar with me and I was checking out with 4 nice wigs. The guy checking me out eyes seemed a little surprised (wearing a mask so I gotta read the eyes, lol). I said hey just want you to know all these wigs are for resell. He busted out laughing and said he thought I might have a second “night” job!!
Was I the only one shouting, GRAB THAT PAINTING?! ...ha ha ha...so gratifying that you did! Glad you got a cart full, it looked like pretty slim pickings there at the first. Thanks for a good tour of the aisle's. Have a great day!
Hi Joc! That piece you got resembling Fiesta is actually Homer Laughlin Harlequin Series, the poor mans Fiesta. It was made by Homer Laughlin back in the late 50's if I remember right through the 60's for F.W. Woolworth's 5-10. Some of the pieces are quite sought after like the Marmalade, Syrups and most medium green pieces. If you can find one type of the original coffee cups you have found the Holy Grail....still searching!!! THX for sharing!

Crazy Lamp Lady Exactly my thought, how nice it was of them especially considering how much they've most likely had to do the last couple of days. Made me smile so much. ❤️
As you started walking down the first few aisles I though, "Boy, the shelves are bare!" but by the time you left, you had a cart filled with some really great finds! As already mentioned, the rose colored bowl was the bottom of a Harlequin patterned casserole by Homer Laughlin. It's missing its cover. Funnily enough, the chipped blue (Mauve) consume bowl you also picked up was also Harlequin!
Joce, you seem to have a good eye when it comes to art work, you should sell more of it, increasing your knowledge of art along the way! Nice finds! ✌🏼❤️
