That blue plate was an Erte. He was a famous art deco artist. The plate design was art deco (1920s). I think they are rare because he was a painter and didn't typically work in porcelain.
At 26:43 there is a pink book vase. I collect those. The doll is probably French or Swiss. She is likely from the 60’s. I lived in Germany at that time and collected dolls like that from each country we visited.
I like your pace and that you show pieces as you discuss them. Some others fly through, don't show things and talk about things they aren't showing us. Your way is enjoyable, and educational to those who are new to thrifting. Earned a sub.
At 13:53 in your video, you picked up some Vintage 6701. I'm always on the lookout for pieces in that pattern to build on my Grandmother's set. Yes, they are vintage (1967). 💜
That blue dish that you thought for cheese or butter could be used in the bathroom to put lotion or other products on that are used everyday to clean the space up. Just bought something similar for my bathroom for my husbands deodorant and hair gel and it just looks so much cleaner and pretty.
I just love the things you find, and I especially like how you take your time filming, so we can really see what you are seeing :) Also, I am a fan of old children story books with the illustrations-so nostalgic. Thank you for the videos.
When looking for old books look at date of published ...and if the outside is made of some type of cloth....those are your old books....I have a few over a 100 years old
I'm tired from packing Etsy orders and relaxing by finding new goodwill shoppers to follow. You have such different things than we do in Arizona! So many more vintage books! When you were behind the bunny and looking toward the snowflake garland Corelle there were a Homer Laughlin Mexicana Fiesta Kitchen Kraft plate (the one with the pottery and cactus)! I kept yelling at the computer, "pick it up! Pick it up!" Oh, I would love to find any of those 1930-40s southwestern pattern plates! If you find any more, ever, let me know and I will buy them from you :) Enjoying your videos, BTW :)
I think that little shop till your drop purse was possibly a pill case. It looked kind of small for a change purse. I'm obsessed with mugs. Love the teacup and saucer even though they are a mix and match. Or you could possibly list them separately because someone might have the other half and be looking for its mate. Great video as always! :)
Would have picked up the brass box and as much of the snowflake Corelle that was not damaged. Also the Winterberry mug. I love my Winterberry. I would use it year round. I have Christmas Nikko but it stays in the china cabinet. Anxious to see your haul.

Oh my gosh!! I actually gasped when I saw the snowflake garland saucers behind the big blow up bunnie!! Lol Today I found a snowflake garland platter at a rummage sale for $1!! I was so excited!!
I have a serving for 8 of the Liberty Blue. I collected them over the years. It’s sad to see how the prices have dropped. I also have the matching serving bowls, covered casserole and sugar and creamer

I noticed, when the husbands shop with the wives, often the wives discourage the husbands selections. This couple seems to work well together;however, the wives tend to buy their tastes, and not always what they will keep, but can resell. Guys tend to buy tools, western items, war items, but toys that remind them of their childhood. Sometimes ,I feel like they are asking permission to select. It is interesting ,to see the things different people buy from state to state. Each to his/her own. I love to see the older couples, shop together, they really buy or select what each other likes. So sometimes an item, is not chipped or broken, until the thriftters roughly handle them. No, they do not look good together. Get a solid cup.,and solid saucer. Two distinct patterns, but the saucer can also be used for a tid bit dish. This store has some very nice china. The teacups ,at that yard sale were real bone china and porcelain. Portuguese hydrangea vase! Nice!

The Corelle snowflake pattern was my very first set of dishes and still have them. Love Corelle dishes.
Awesome! Hand onto them, they are the hardest pattern to find from the Pyrex corelle compatibles.
Little doll that you picked you with the stripe skirt was German. I had a set when I was a kid.
How do you tell if it’s a German doll?
Oh nice! Thank you!
I Love the Snowake garland Corelle; I've never found any either in the wild. I would've gotten it for myself.

That Goodwill has lost its mind with those prices. Sadly it's spreading.
Our Goodwill's are pricing canning jars over retail. Many of their prices are crazy.
