System Upgrades - Tier 3 Red! | Washington #12 (Rail Route)

In today's video we continue our rail route series on the Washington map. In this episode we accept more regional contracts with some even expanding down as far as the southern parts of the map. After accepting enough we finally manage to achieve tier 3 for the red system upgrades allowing us to finally build coach yards for regional train shunting which will be explored in a later video.
