Please don't take the screen away from Aubrey, it is a coping mechanism when things are overwhelming, a way to remove herself from reality, and that is important as it helps her keeping her anxiety in check. @@BarelySqueakinBy Not by a long shot. I wouldn't even go shopping most of the time when I was a teenager and young adult. I'd be in a store or something and have a semi-panic attack and have to get the heck out of there to the comfort of my car. What really helped me was when I joined the military. As I took on bigger roles I would do public speaking and different academies that forced me to be in front of people. What I've learned is how to cope pretty well when I have plan, or when the audience and I have something to accomplish or work towards. If I can get my head to see the situation as work related I do much better. Put me in a party or social gathering with no mission and my anxiety still goes through the roof and I need to leave fast. You guys seemed to be managing things great! The journey you're on really is a huge accomplishment. I know that feeling will only grow as you guys grow older and look back on the experience!

Climbed to the top of the pyramids in 1968 and again in the early 1970s. Had a nice view and an epiphany about my life. Cactus tunas are usually sweet to eat. Maybe if you visit a market while in Mexico City you can find some.

I am turning 65 in January. I have suffered with anxiety and depression my whole life. It comes and goes. Last night 2 am I could not catch my breath. I had to get up and drink strong cup of coffee because my inhaler is empty. I go weeks at a time with no problem then it rears its ugly head to me. Thank you for sharing your story.

Chichen Itza has a very impressive pyramid. I'm not sure if it's on your way, but it should be. Also, swimming in cenotes or caves with blind fish in that area was awesome. Remember, the toll for the Yucatan isn't cheap either. 😅

When we make ourselves vulnerable, most people will want to help. It isn't stupid it's being authentic. BTW, Tunas (prickly pear) can be good but have big hard seeds. They are good in ice cream.

Trust me when I say the last concert I went to years ago I left early because I cant stand confinement or confined spaces. When the pandemic hit & they called for social distancing and shelter in place , I was like OMG I've been preparing for this my entire life 😂 ! That's why I love boondocking and BLM land . Open spaces and I'm sound as a pound . I've never stayed in a private campground. Never will ❤. I just wanted you to know you are not alone in this situation. The important thing is to recognize & face your fears and anxieties head-on . Never give in to it . But always leave room for negotiation. Just discussing it openly with all your adoring fans you are inadvertently facing your anxieties. Just remember, Fall Down 99 times ... Get Up 100... you kids be safe and enjoy your journey...

I went to Oaxaca and went to see some pyramids and it appeared that they (?) were adding cement to pyramid and reconstructing them... definitely not original. Lol, you were supposed to peel the tuna, it's an aquired taste for sure, I think they are d'licious. You had me laughing... Thanks, GM
@@gmdelatorre3759 That’s funny you mention that. I did see some mortar and cement work on the pyramids. I didn’t think too much of it, but it makes sense. Everything needs maintenance and upkeep. I wanted to taste the tuna before I went through the hassle and mess of peeling it. I don’t think they were ripe because it was quite sour. I did have the little needles in my fingers for a day or two from handling it. 🤷🏻♂️

I was in LA once and saw one dog walker walking about 50 dogs all by himself. It was nuts. How can you pick up all that poop or handle all of them all by yourself.
@@BarelySqueakinBy I tried to ask him a question but he couldn't really talk. It was overwhelming for him. How do you pick up a dog to walk. How do you return a dog. What do you do if one gets away. The guy was surrounded with twisted leashes with probably a 40 ft. radius.

It was really nuts. Actually, there were most likely more than 50 dogs. How the hell do you hold all of those leashes.

I was in LA once and saw one dog walker walking about 50 dogs all by himself. It was nuts. How can you pick up all that poop or handle all of them all by yourself.

@@BarelySqueakinBy I tried to ask him a question but he couldn't really talk. It was overwhelming for him. How do you pick up a dog to walk. How do you return a dog. What do you do if one gets away. The guy was surrounded with twisted leashes with probably a 40 ft. radius.

@@BarelySqueakinBy I wish I had taken a photo of it. I looked up people walking dogs on RUclips but nothing close to what I saw with my own eyes even came close to what you can find on RUclips. It was really nuts. Actually, there were most likely more than 50 dogs. How the hell do you hold all of those leashes.
