Jay, don't worry if we see you a lot. You have your easy-going perspective on things, which is refreshing. Also, you're a lot smarter than you let on. Please don't take the screen away from Aubrey, it is a coping mechanism when things are overwhelming, a way to remove herself from reality, and that is important as it helps her keeping her anxiety in check. Keep supporting her they way you do, you're doing a great job!

@@BarelySqueakinBy Not by a long shot. I wouldn't even go shopping most of the time when I was a teenager and young adult. I'd be in a store or something and have a semi-panic attack and have to get the heck out of there to the comfort of my car. What really helped me was when I joined the military. As I took on bigger roles I would do public speaking and different academies that forced me to be in front of people. What I've learned is how to cope pretty well when I have plan, or when the audience and I have something to accomplish or work towards. If I can get my head to see the situation as work related I do much better. Put me in a party or social gathering with no mission and my anxiety still goes through the roof and I need to leave fast. Open spaces and I'm sound as a pound . I've never stayed in a private campground. Never will ❤. I just wanted you to know you are not alone in this situation.
