Kevin, you make the complicated actually seem possible to accomplish!! You are so clear in your instructions and I appreciate that. You also have such a calming demeanor when cooking. It is a pleasure to watch you at work. Thanks so much!!
My grandaughter loves orange chicken so I think she and I will try this together! Everything you make tastes wonderful. My boyfriend thinks I am an accomplished and inventive cook. I just tell him I got the idea from a friend🤗🥰

I am so grateful for this appearing in my alerts today, 8/15/23 3 years after it posted! I will make this as it is a favorite meal of mine when ordering Chinese takeout. Impressive and easy, Kevin. Thank you!
Hi, Kevin - that egg white/cornstarch/rice vinegar technique is called "velveting". I use it on some pork dishes as well for maximum tenderness. Addie in FL
I am eager to try this delicious looking dish. Though I crack eggs as you do, I didn't know that you can freeze egg yolks. Thanks for the bonus tip, Kevin.
Kevin, you are such a doll... I sure enjoy watching you cook. You definitely go the extra mile. So far, I have not made any of your recipes. Shame on me for sure! However, I have put every one of your videos so far in a recipe file. I live in California and only found you a couple months ago. Summertime has been 100+ degrees. Thus, I've been grilling Outdoors. If ever you and mr. Fox are ever in California I would love to cook for you. Newport Beach is a lovely area that I imagine you would love it. You have made so many good things but I believe the orange chicken will be my first attempt. Sayonara for now.
I love Orange Chicken and will definitely be giving this a try!!! We have a Chinese restaurant near by, but it is a cold rainy day and I don't feel like going out. I have all of the ingredients on hand, so....! Thank you once again for showing us that we can do anything!!! :-)
I made sure to have a salad and some lemon sparkling water to curb my appetite, but I still crave this dish you are making. I love Lemon Chicken but will be making Orange Chicken next time! You made it look so good that is crazy! 😃🥰
This looks delicious! I'll probably try it with boneless, skinless chicken breasts since that's what I have in my freezer. You did a great job with the editing for this recipe! Nice and streamlined and less manipulation of the camera which I appreciate!
I love your cooking videos! They are beautiful and look delicious! I also love your beautiful garden. I love the green since I live in the desert. I wondered where your live and found out it is in New York. I like to watch how you set the table and knew right away those were Prince Albert dishes. 16:39
Kevin do load some vegetarian recipes for people like me....thanks....love watching all your episodes and I substitute the meat for soya chunks or cottage cheese
Ty for sharing the recipe with us. I like orange chicken. Happy Saturday for ALL. Your recipes are easy to follow and fun to watch. HUGS and blessings for ALL 🏞.
I follow the USDA's guidance for freezing egg yolks: Mix 4 yolks with a pinch (1/8 teaspoon) of salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar or corn syrup. The salt and sugar (or corn syrup) will stabilize the yolks so they don't turn thick and weird as they freeze. You can freeze yolks in just about any air-tight container for up to 1 year.
i want to make this, but don't have a thermometer like this, so i have to wait and get one before i try it. Also, is there something else that i can use instead of Sesame Oil? i don't like the taste of it.
Kevin you should serve that in a plate not in bowl 😮 it isn’t a soup ! Plate will show your food better ( I know the Japanese eat mostly in a bowl but this food looks better in a plate )

I make a similar tofu dish. I toss raw broccoli in with the chicken, when it’s added to the sauce.
Looks amazing I was waiting for the sprinkle of toasted sesame seed. Thank you for this dish.

OMG. It looks delicious! I want some!
Absolutely love the plate with the blue roses ! 💙

Again, from Canada! My favourite pie is banana cream. Not made very often here. Do you have a recipe?
Got any leftovers? Looks great!
This looks so delicious. I guess I am odd because I have never cracked an egg in that way. I will be trying this.
It looks so delicious that it seems to me that I am coming to join you at the table. What do you think of that Mr. Keven?
Can you make this and freeze some of it to have later or is it just better right after you make it?
If I an make a suggestion Kevin add some benedictine to the source the orange alcohol would complement the dish.
Hi, what do you do with the frozen yokes from the eggs? Love to hear ideas! Thanks
Maybe Key Lime Pie.
“In the odd even you’ve never separated an egg...” Best line of the day. I’m a JerseyGirl, we wouldn’t say it as nicely as you did!”😂
Egg shells have lots of Calcium!!!
😊😘👏👍
I wish I ate meat sometimes !! 😂🎉❤
That looks terribly good
You can freeze egg yolks? In a baggie?
