Ever since you showed us your first baby seedling I’ve been wanting one so bad! I’ve finally managed to get my hands on one and should arrive this week! So excited! Going back to rewatch some of your care videos!
Woah, I have a dark form forgetii coming to me in April and I hope it grows to be half as gorgeous as yours!! Also just curious, do you advise changing plant care at all (e.g. watering more) when one of your anthuriums is producing berries? I'm hoping to pollinate mine soon and am not sure how to strike the balance between avoiding root rot (with overwatering) and avoiding aborting the infructescence (with underwatering)
Woot woot dakr form forgetii's are the best :D In terms of changing the routine: make sure plant doen't dry out (it could abort the inflo, it really needs more water at that time), regularly fertilize and inflos appreciate bright light to develop faster. Mine always strech and try to get as close to the light source as possible :) Also it's reccomended to try and not repot the plant when it's holding berries, since it can stress it out. Any big changes that could induce stress is a no go (changing locations). I think the key is having airy enough mix that just doesn't soak up that much water. You'll get a general idea when the plant dries up and just water it 1-2 days before it gets seriously dry.
These leafs 😍 You have some really great looking forgetii's.
Thanks! 😊They really are one of my close favs!

Oh my I'm so happy to hear this! Good luck on your seedling journey!
@@adansoniia thank you 🥰
your forgetiis are so amazing! obsessed with the bubblyness in the leaves
Most of them sadly rotted away, but the ones that remain are still looking good!
@@adansoniia awww 😭 well such is the nature with plants. Glad you still have some around to keep you company ✌️☘️
@@CocoNichole cant do without 🥰 just not that many!
They are so beautiful! They like like velvet in the light
Yes! They tend to be more flat than other leaves (regale, crystal etc.) and I think it really makes that velvet pop!
Your Forgetii collection is very beautiful, thank you for sharing 🖤
Always welcome
It's really interesting how diverse they are! Hybridization does strange things. :)
Amazing Forgetti collection 💚 I haven’t gotten one, but I like the one with no white.
I think with those it really makes the unique leaf shape pop up even more!
@@adansoniia Yes, I think that’s why I like it but their all beautiful 💚

Nice collection! Do you specify if you want the darker form or do they just sent you whatever?
Nope with ecua it's a lottery - sometimes you get some good gems, sometimes you get the basics :)
Could be a a red spider anthurium with the red sinus
Hmmm interesting!
