INSTALLING A BOAT HOIST FOR JENNY

Got tired if strapping Jenny to the rafters and taking forever to lift the boat off to do work so I bit the bullet and spent the money to make a pulley and winch system.

will you need a locker system
just in case the winch fails so it doesn’t fall?
