I do agree Disneyland’s is nicer because it doesn’t have a roof and because of the theming, but Disney World has the roof out of necessity.
Yeah, I agree. It rains constantly here in Florida, and even at Universal's Islands of Adventure here, there's a spinning ride (I can't remember what it was called) but it was also covered, most likely due to Florida's weather.

I wouldn't say Florida's Pooh ride "just plays a bunch of different scenes", it's scene by scene of the original Blustery Day short: happy winds-day, Owl's house, wonderful moments with Tigger, Heffalumps & Woozles, rain storm, hero party at the end. That's exactly how the short itself goes. Florida also has the advantage of the storybook pages scattered about (since we literally travel into a book at the start) and being the swan-song for Paul Winchell as Tigger. California gets more advantages for having more of the dark ride neon lighting throughout the whole ride (whereas Florida leaves it just for H&W) I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking that Florida's Small World feels... empty; with lots of the rooms either being one-sided or just filled with blackness (both without background props and animatronics). That's the one advantage Disneyland's has over Florida's, not just with the exterior facade. There's just so much happening at once, filled with color and sound you have to look everywhere to see it all, where Florida's is just missing a lot. The ceilings I never actually realized. However, if you wanna talk about comparing the INTERNATIONAL Small Worlds, I feel Hong Kong's is the best.
I never knew that Magic Kingdom's tea cups use to not have a roof. It looks so different, but as you said in the small world part, Florida gets so much rain so a roof really was needed.
my wifes only been to wdw, and i was really shocked to hear that the whole ride (including loading) was indoors. the facade from disneyland is such an important part of the ride. a huge moodsetter and also really cool for the more recent projections if youre in queue any time past sundown.
Honestly I prefer the Mad Tea Party in FL. I find the cover makes the ride seem bigger and busier, which I like in such a kenetic experience. Plus the door mouse and tea pot give the ride some extra character.
The fact that both Peter Pan rides have had changes that haven't changed the mood just shows how tamer it is (well was) compared to the other dark rides in Fantasyland (and that's a good thing)
Agree with your picks. The other nods I’d give to Disneyland is that Fantasyland itself if prettier, feels less like a carnival midway and has Mr. Toad.The nod that goes to WDW is the fact that it has Mine Train and Philharmagic.

Great series!! Personally, I've always liked Disneyland's version of Peter Pan's Flight better just purely from an aesthetic standpoint. It may be shorter but, there's a beautiful ethereal quality to the design and lighting that is distinct from the DisneyWorld version. At DisneyWorld, the colors and lighting tend to be a little more stark and contrasting by comparison. I know the more pastel color palette and ethereal look is what drew me to Peter Pan's Flight as a little girl. So, although you make good logical points for preferring DisneyWorld, it's the pure beauty of Disneyland's version that will always make it more magical to me. (Also, that slight drop when you go in the window is such a great entrance into the ride that gives an immediate feeling of flight vs. DisneyWorld's basic turn around the corner).
Another thing that should be discussed in my opinion is the facades like discussed in its a small world. The feeling of looking at that ride is something alone and that's the first thing i noticed being at both parks. You should bring along disney paris and tokyo disney since them were built pretty much in the same "style " so to speak as land and world was. Love your videos keep rockin.
I predicted your would choose MK over DL's Peter Pan ride but not for the reason I thought. You failed to mention the queue for Peter Pan at MK was recently refurbished with interactive elements such as your shadows interacting with bells, butterflies, etc. DL doesn't have this (or at least as much)
Or a DCA vs all other parks at Disney World. Because there's a lot of rides that overlap into all 3 parks. Radiator Springs Racers and Test Track at Epcot, California Screamin, Mission Breakout, and Toy Story Mania for DHS, and Grizzly river run vs Kali River Rapids at DAK. If he wanted to, he could also compare Matterhorn and Expedition Everest, and the Star Tours and Soarins
What makes me mad about Florida’s It’s A Small World was that the “rain” problem was fixed just a decade later. Tokyo Disneyland still has the beautiful outdoor entrance but you queue on the inside. Disney World’s version would’ve been so much better if they went with that design.
Average Fanboy 1128 I would think that Tokyo’s Facade could still be added on top of the existing facade in Florida... Disney has replaced facades before (New Fantasyland in Disneyland & Winnie the Pooh in WDW)... I’m hoping though that It’s a Small World gets a major renovation prior to Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary though (like what Tokyo Disneyland’s just received)...

When I was little, I went on Peter Pan’s Flight and I thought I was going to fall out. I was so scared. Now, I am older and I went to the ride and I was in awe with all the detail I did not catch at this ride! Because of TPM, I was brave enough to try and go again! And I loved it! Thank you so much!

Stranger Things I’ve been to Disneyland Paris. It’s funny to go on Pirates of the Caribbean and it’s in French. There’s video here on RUclips that compares the international parks. Just type in the key words and a bunch of them will come up. The layout is slightly different. The castle is pink like Disneyland, but has way different turrets, more like MK. The entrance is different and so is Main Street. Frankly, it doesn’t look very Disney-ish like Disneyland’s Main Street, but the rides were good.
I have been there 5 times, you are going to have lots of fun. Sleeping beauty castle is so beautiful and keep an eye on the dragon who is guarding it underneath. And you must see the Disney Iluminiations show. :)
Dang I love this channel. I also think the both Fantasylands should have one more attraction. Even the expedition everest is not in fantasy land. Still one more attraction should be everest and matterhorn. Or the snow white rides. I know I'm kind of byest (if that's how you spell it) but I think Disneyland is better because of the outdoor attractions and immersiveness. But it would be a draw with yours because, I haven't been to Disney world. But the matterhorn is very immersive but also extremely rough. While I've heard the everest is ONE of the most immersive rides in the whole park. I have also heard it's very smooth. I just want to know which you think is better if you did everest vs matterhorn on this list.
Can't forget the two easter eggs in the Pooh rides. Toad and Owl with the deed in Florida and Max, Buff and Melvin and Teddi Bara's swing in the DL version.

I’m so thankful this Chanel exists I would never have known so much about these parks and small world is actually better in magic Kingdom I liked it more and I’ve been on it but I was sad they were no Disney characters I was looking forward for seeing them in Florida
Disneyland does Pooh the best??? I don't think so. The Magic Kingdom version follows the story of the movie, the one in Disneyland feels really discombobulated. I have way more nostalgia for the Magic Kingdom one too, I love the bouncing with tigger, the floating as if you're in water in the rain scene, and I think the Pooh's dream scene is much more impressive at Magic Kingdom.
tgguitarguy pooh at MK and DL have the dream scene exactly the same and Disneyland has an additional honey heaven dream scene. MK get a point for have a MUCH MUCH longer blustery scene and Tigger scene but Disneyland has a longer heffalupm and rain scene and better party scene. I can't agree with TPM seeing how DL looks like a shorter version of pooh but if it got a refurb I hope they add the pages and longer scenes
@@ItzAdrian02 MK's version, the room gets completely dark and you see all of pooh rise up and start to flip. At Disneyland, it remains lit and you see a ghost pooh rise out of the sleeping pooh. While both are cool, I think the one at MK is way cooler. I also like the ride vehicles at MK more too, Hunny pots make more sense to me than bees nests.
@@ItzAdrian02 True but the Hunny pots were the original ride vehicle and it's just perfect for a Winnie the Pooh ride. The Beehives don't really have much to do with the Pooh franchise as much as the hunny pots.
@@tgguitarguy I would say MK is better in ride and queue. DL has Pooh at a better setting which is Critter Country, fantasyland is cool but it more direct towards old classics and princesses.
I feel like adding one more reason to reward the Magic Kingdom's Carrousel: The music. Personally, I find it far superior and much more magical than the one played at Disneyland's Carrousel.
I like the honeypots we ride in in DIsney World to be better than the hive we're put in at Disneyland. When I'm sitting in the back it actually makes it harder for me to see everything on it. That's one aspect of the Winnie The Pooh ride that I think Disney World does better.

I agree that the "It's A Small World" ride in Disneyland is better than the one in Disney World. I personally like the outdoor look for the building in Disneyland better.
Peter Pan in Magic Kingdom did get a refurb, but on the outside. They added a new indoor area while you are waiting in line that has an inter active queue. So now a large portion of line for peter pan is now in indoor air conditioning, with added scenes with bed rooms an tinker bell moving things. There's also part where everyone in line goes through a pixie dusting effect. Also the Magic Kingdom Dumbo also has an indoor queue, which is basically an indoor play ground area made to look like a circus. Half way through the line you have the option of going to the play ground area to sit down in air condition while the kids can play and they give you a pager. When the pager goes off its time for you to get back in line for a short wait to get onto the ride.
Great video. I completely agree with you. In Disneyland you have a cool view of the It's a Small World ride from the train. It 's even cooler during Christmas season with all lighting and screen projection.

When I was little, I went on Peter Pan’s Flight and I thought I was going to fall out. I was so scared. Now, I am older and I went to the ride and I was in awe with all the detail I did not catch at this ride! Because of TPM, I was brave enough to try and go again! And I loved it! Thank you so much!

Stranger Things I’ve been to Disneyland Paris. It’s funny to go on Pirates of the Caribbean and it’s in French. There’s video here on RUclips that compares the international parks. Just type in the key words and a bunch of them will come up. The layout is slightly different. The castle is pink like Disneyland, but has way different turrets, more like MK. The entrance is different and so is Main Street. Frankly, it doesn’t look very Disney-ish like Disneyland’s Main Street, but the rides were good.

I have been there 5 times, you are going to have lots of fun. Sleeping beauty castle is so beautiful and keep an eye on the dragon who is guarding it underneath. And you must see the Disney Iluminiations show. :)
Dang I love this channel. I also think the both Fantasylands should have one more attraction. Even the expedition everest is not in fantasy land. Still one more attraction should be everest and matterhorn. Or the snow white rides. I know I'm kind of byest (if that's how you spell it) but I think Disneyland is better because of the outdoor attractions and immersiveness. But it would be a draw with yours because, I haven't been to Disney world. But the matterhorn is very immersive but also extremely rough. While I've heard the everest is ONE of the most immersive rides in the whole park. I have also heard it's very smooth. I just want to know which you think is better if you did everest vs matterhorn on this list.
Magic Kingdom recently updated the Peter Pan’s Flight queue line, it has a lot of cool, modern updates that you forgot to mention
Can't forget the two easter eggs in the Pooh rides. Toad and Owl with the deed in Florida and Max, Buff and Melvin and Teddi Bara's swing in the DL version.

I’m so thankful this Chanel exists I would never have known so much about these parks and small world is actually better in magic Kingdom I liked it more and I’ve been on it but I was sad they were no Disney characters I was looking forward for seeing them in Florida
Disneyland does Pooh the best??? I don't think so. The Magic Kingdom version follows the story of the movie, the one in Disneyland feels really discombobulated. I have way more nostalgia for the Magic Kingdom one too, I love the bouncing with tigger, the floating as if you're in water in the rain scene, and I think the Pooh's dream scene is much more impressive at Magic Kingdom.
tgguitarguy pooh at MK and DL have the dream scene exactly the same and Disneyland has an additional honey heaven dream scene. MK get a point for have a MUCH MUCH longer blustery scene and Tigger scene but Disneyland has a longer heffalupm and rain scene and better party scene. I can't agree with TPM seeing how DL looks like a shorter version of pooh but if it got a refurb I hope they add the pages and longer scenes
@@ItzAdrian02 MK's version, the room gets completely dark and you see all of pooh rise up and start to flip. At Disneyland, it remains lit and you see a ghost pooh rise out of the sleeping pooh. While both are cool, I think the one at MK is way cooler. I also like the ride vehicles at MK more too, Hunny pots make more sense to me than bees nests.
tgguitarguy I also like to point out how the beehive vehicles are more unique seeing every pooh ride uses them honey pot vehicles except Disneyland
@@ItzAdrian02 True but the Hunny pots were the original ride vehicle and it's just perfect for a Winnie the Pooh ride. The Beehives don't really have much to do with the Pooh franchise as much as the hunny pots.
@@tgguitarguy I would say MK is better in ride and queue. DL has Pooh at a better setting which is Critter Country, fantasyland is cool but it more direct towards old classics and princesses.
I feel like adding one more reason to reward the Magic Kingdom's Carrousel: The music. Personally, I find it far superior and much more magical than the one played at Disneyland's Carrousel.

I like the honeypots we ride in in DIsney World to be better than the hive we're put in at Disneyland. When I'm sitting in the back it actually makes it harder for me to see everything on it. That's one aspect of the Winnie The Pooh ride that I think Disney World does better.

I like the Disneyland Park versions of the rides in California better than the Walt Disney World Resort versions in Orlando, Florida.
I agree that the "It's A Small World" ride in Disneyland is better than the one in Disney World. I personally like the outdoor look for the building in Disneyland better.
Peter Pan in Magic Kingdom did get a refurb, but on the outside. They added a new indoor area while you are waiting in line that has an inter active queue. So now a large portion of line for peter pan is now in indoor air conditioning, with added scenes with bed rooms an tinker bell moving things. There's also part where everyone in line goes through a pixie dusting effect. Also the Magic Kingdom Dumbo also has an indoor queue, which is basically an indoor play ground area made to look like a circus. Half way through the line you have the option of going to the play ground area to sit down in air condition while the kids can play and they give you a pager. When the pager goes off its time for you to get back in line for a short wait to get onto the ride.
Great video. I completely agree with you. In Disneyland you have a cool view of the It's a Small World ride from the train. It 's even cooler during Christmas season with all lighting and screen projection.
