芝士蒜蓉包
材料Ingredient:
主麵團 Dough:
高筋麵粉 Bread flour 260g
糖 Sugar 25g
酵母 Yeast 4g
鹽 Salt 3g
蛋 Egg 1pc (50g)
無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter 25g(室溫軟化 At room temperature)
牛奶 Milk 125g
牛油醬Filling:
無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter 20g 室溫
蒜頭 Garlic 5-6 pcs
蕃茜Parsley 1TSP
鹽 Salt 1TSP
黑胡椒 Black pepper 1/5 TSP
芝士粉 Cheese powder 5g

小貼士:
1) 收口: 收口要包好,否則麵包在發酵過程中會打開,影響造型
2) 顏色: 觀察麵包在焗爐中的上色程度,會否太過焦黑
3) 造型: 要一刀由頭𠝹到尾,𠝹長一些,造型就會好看些
4) 芝士: 可加上薄餅用的芝士碎,但還是用芝士粉造型效果較漂亮
Tips:
1) End: The end of bread must be closed tightly, or the bread will open during the fermentation process, which affecting the shape
2) Color: Observe the color of the bread in the oven, whether it will be too dark or burst
3) Shape: Note to cut a line from the beginning to the end in ONE time, the longer the line, the better the shape it will be
4) Cheese: You can add shredded cheese (that one for pizza), but it would be better to use cheese powder for a better looking
