Her speed is the most surprising aspect. That makes her wayyy more dangerous than I thought. Why didn't ww84 do a good story with Cheetah? It should have been amazing.
Seemed they tried to cram too much into one movie. They could’ve and probably should’ve saved her for the 3rd movie and just focused on Maxwell Lord for this movie. But yea I’m surprised with how fast she is too. I knew she was fast because she’s a magic-based human cheetah hybrid, but faster than some of the speedsters like Godspeed and black Wally West?? Didn’t see that coming at all. Hopefully they bring her back for the 3rd movie and redeem her.

Great episode. It's the one when he gets injured and everyone feels sorry for him being the 'vulnerable' one of the group....but then Bats does his thing! Also the Joker is ace in that episode.

An additional property not always used of the lasso is it’s healing magic. Sadly it didn’t work for Barbara. I thought the fight sequence was brutal and awesome between the two.

Listening to this and knowing the whole story of Cheetah made me realized that the movie is even worst that I thought... what a missed opportunity with a bad origin story that was told in the movie.
No offense they forgot the second post crisis appearance and arguably best storyline in WW vol 2 issues 28-35 where she stole lasso and Diana's reach for it crossed paths with lost tribe of Amazons in Egypt.
It sounds like she has high defense against slashing and impact damage, but not piercing or energy/heat Which are the primary weapons of Wonder Woman. Not to mention Superman typically uses impact damage mostly on more human targets.

Superman is weak to her magic and therefore her claws so she has a very big advantage but she’s not totally immune to his attacks. They’d still hurt her significantly
I feel Cheetah due to her more useful powers and especially her speed but Black Cat's own little bad luck power could help, though it seems more useful for escapes rather then attacks.
Cheetah is insanely fun to play as in Injustice 2. She is easily the queen of the rush down in that game. That being said, she's a real pain to fight against in a high difficulty multiverse event. Also, in regards to the whole her being the sixth fastest character in the DC universe, considering she's the avatar of the Goddess of the Hunt, it kind of makes sense. Wonder Woman outclassing Kid Flash, Shazam, and Godspeed also kind of makes sense to me. Kid Flash is still trying to truly master his powers, so he won't reach Barry Allen levels of speed until he gets a few more years of experience under his belt. Godspeed lost much of Speed Force energy shortly after he was introduced. If he hadn't, then he would definitely be Top 5 or Top 4 possibly edging out Superman. I mean, the dude was fast enough to be in two places at once! Speed isn't Shazam's main thing, plain and simple. He's a magical Swiss army knife who calls upon the powers of six different gods/heroes in combination. His powers are in perfect equilibrium, although it's obvious that the power of Zeus is the best. Wonder Woman herself is basically the female Superman, so of course she'd be fast. You combine her super powers with her near immortal physicality and centuries of training, and you've got one speedy amazon. I don't want to start an argument with anyone, but I think that sometimes we forget the benefits of training. It's easy for us to assume that characters with powers don't train as hard as characters who don't. That's usually the case, but not always. Superman spent days lifting a machine that weighed exactly the same as the Earth just to test his limits for God's sake! Wonder Woman trains almost all the time. Training plus powers equals beast mode. As for why Cheetah being even faster than Wonder Woman makes sense, she's magically enhanced by a Goddess who lives to chase people down and kill them. She's the pure embodiment of the predatory instinct to chase after and kill what you catch. Long story short, being the avatar of a Goddess' power will almost always make you a heavy hitter, or in this case, a speed demon.
They did her dirty in the movie. Feel like she didn't even need to be there, and felt very electro from amazing spider-man, the mandarin in ironman 3 or bane from Batman forever or whatever Batman that was. Just felt like she was there to fight and no other reason

I actually enjoyed a large part of the film. I only didn't really like Cheetah, and I thought that structurally it was a mess. It was very slow, and dragged quite a bit.

Which are the primary weapons of Wonder Woman. Not to mention Superman typically uses impact damage mostly on more human targets.

Superman is weak to her magic and therefore her claws so she has a very big advantage but she’s not totally immune to his attacks. They’d still hurt her significantly

Cheetah is insanely fun to play as in Injustice 2. She is easily the queen of the rush down in that game. That being said, she's a real pain to fight against in a high difficulty multiverse event. Also, in regards to the whole her being the sixth fastest character in the DC universe, considering she's the avatar of the Goddess of the Hunt, it kind of makes sense. Wonder Woman outclassing Kid Flash, Shazam, and Godspeed also kind of makes sense to me. Kid Flash is still trying to truly master his powers, so he won't reach Barry Allen levels of speed until he gets a few more years of experience under his belt. Godspeed lost much of Speed Force energy shortly after he was introduced. If he hadn't, then he would definitely be Top 5 or Top 4 possibly edging out Superman. I mean, the dude was fast enough to be in two places at once! Speed isn't Shazam's main thing, plain and simple. He's a magical Swiss army knife who calls upon the powers of six different gods/heroes in combination. His powers are in perfect equilibrium, although it's obvious that the power of Zeus is the best. Wonder Woman herself is basically the female Superman, so of course she'd be fast. You combine her super powers with her near immortal physicality and centuries of training, and you've got one speedy amazon. I don't want to start an argument with anyone, but I think that sometimes we forget the benefits of training. It's easy for us to assume that characters with powers don't train as hard as characters who don't. That's usually the case, but not always. Superman spent days lifting a machine that weighed exactly the same as the Earth just to test his limits for God's sake! Wonder Woman trains almost all the time. Training plus powers equals beast mode. As for why Cheetah being even faster than Wonder Woman makes sense, she's magically enhanced by a Goddess who lives to chase people down and kill them. She's the pure embodiment of the predatory instinct to chase after and kill what you catch. Long story short, being the avatar of a Goddess' power will almost always make you a heavy hitter, or in this case, a speed demon.

They did her dirty in the movie. Feel like she didn't even need to be there, and felt very electro from amazing spider-man, the mandarin in ironman 3 or bane from Batman forever or whatever Batman that was. Just felt like she was there to fight and no other reason

I actually enjoyed a large part of the film. I only didn't really like Cheetah, and I thought that structurally it was a mess. It was very slow, and dragged quite a bit.
