Original Catwoman and Batman got married. But after infinite crisis they moved all of those comics over to earth 2 so they could restart dc comics.

She’s my favourite version
Catwoman was actually originally based on actress Hedy Lamarr. For The Dark Knight Rises, Anne Hathaway based many elements of her performance on Lamarr's work. If you go back and watch some of Lamarr's femme fatale roles you can really see it. Hathaway also resembles Lamarr so to me, her performance felt like a special mix of early Catwoman and modern Catwoman come to life.
Anne really felt like a modern femme fatale. I hope Zoe Kravitz can pull off that side of the character.

One of the greatest comic book characters ever made. Not that she’s a woman, it’s the fact that every time she enters a scene both comic book and movie/tv wise she always ups the anti and manages to keep you on your toes about what she is going to do. Besides stealing she was always unpredictable and was always two steps ahead of the greatest detective himself, Batman. Even in a relationship.
I cannot believe you did not include Ed Brubaker’s run on Catwoman as a reading recommendation. It is excellent and a must-read for fans of the character.
I will add this to my reading list.

YEESSS! I have missed out on the most recent Bats story. Aside from the GREAT Batman Metal & tie-ins. This a great refresher of the Bat/Cat wedding. This saved me time explaining this to my young son. I can get wordy explaining comic arcs at times. AKA= ALL THE TIME! 😂

My favourite Catwoman storyline was in Batman #323-4 which also features my favourite Catwoman costume: purple dress and green cloak. Eleanor Powell would've made a great Catwoman in the '40's
