HOW TO COOK THE BEST EGUSI SOUP | DETAILED RECIPE WITH MEASUREMENT

- INGREDIENTS
1. 4 cups of egusi (dissolve with 5 cups of water) add half seasoning cube and mix.
2. Protein: goat meat, kpomo, cow leg and tail, stockfish and dried kpanla fish. You can also use any protein of choice.
3. Palm oil (add according to your preference)
4. Seasoning cubes (I used 2 and a half seasoning)
5. Salt
6. Water
7. Pepper; 10 pieces red scotch bonnet and 3 yellow scotch bonnet pepper (adjust to your preference)
8. One medium size onions (cut half for your protein and use half when frying your egusi)
9. Vegetables (uziza and ugu leaf)

My mum thought me exactly this way, and this is how I cook my mellon soup 🍲. Well cooked and does not run the stomach. Bravissima.
