- Jake Wagner pleaded guilty last year to shooting the five victims, an attack that investigators said resulted from a custody dispute between two families.
People who massacre 8 people should not be allowed to opt out of being filmed or recoded while they are testifying.
How bad does the crime have to be to get the death sentence. This is what evil looks like.

Absolutely agree. If you are in a voluntary situation, your choice. Comply or leave. Already incarcerated? You are not "voluntarily giving consent" because your consent is now the state's. Ohio, you failed here.

He said his dad killed the other 3...but George did go with them that night..I'm pretty sure he stood guard with a gun held..2 make sure no one escaped...AND he helped get rid of the evidence mostly with Jake.

His parents must have been the worst under the Sun. Jake ultimately made own mind up when he took their lives. This is so incredibly sad. I imagine they were nice people and were probably very good to him at times. The sentence is a fair one.

That has been proven. This is so sad. I can feel the pain and loss of this community. I pray justice will be served for the victims and their family and friends.
