Totally agree. especially after hearing how controlling he was and his Mother was. When I heard that he grabbed Hannah by the throat, because she did not want to do yard duty, (just after she had Sophia) that made me think - what are you?? her boyfriend or her Father??? (not that a father would do that - but a father would be on your case if you were supposed to be doing something and you were more interested in being on your phone or something else).
He acted like he OWNED her. He acted as if he OWNED Sofia. He lost it when he could not control her and she moved out with Sofia. Is it any wonder she left. even at her young age, she knew this was not how life was supposed to be.

He said he was afraid of Sophia being around Hannah’s family and friends. He thought his family would be a much better place for her. Are you kidding!!!! Of course, she’d be much better around a family that was involved in every type crime you can name. They burned down homes and vehicles for insurance money. They stole and robbed businesses (oh, but only the ones who had insurance- so it wouldn’t hurt the working man.
The Billy is the worst. He raised these boys into a life of crime. And he, was the one who said that Hannah had to be killed.
Most bizarre family I’ve ever heard of. I can’t comprehend an entire family all agreeing and going along with and planning the murders of an entire family in 4 residences. And they killed anyone else who happened to be there.
Oh but George and ignorant Billy think they are smart enough to go to trial and get off. George may get a lighter sentence since he apparently didn’t shoot - I hope he doesn’t. But Billy should rot in prison.
And we don't want to forget that Jake is a child molester!!!

They say he didn't kill anyone but he did more than his mother when he went into the houses and to put his hands on a person and drag them around!! No ! The three of them should have gotten the death penalty and the mother, life without the possibility of parole .

@@angel3291 and while I in no way am saying she needs sympathy, I do feel like something twisted must have happened to her as well. Just not normal or sane. She obviously had a terrible need to control, and now 8 innocent people are dead. This world is evil and we all need God.
Jake's mommy is telling what to say, right before they went into plead guilty
They have been held in 4 different jails and have had no contact with each other since their arrests in 2018. Mail and phone calls are closely monitored.

I feel for the children. Hannah had 2 baby girls that are probably being raised separately. Frankie and Hannah Hazel had a baby that is now a orphan. I really hope that Hannah Hazel mom was able to get custody. I am so glad that Frankie's son is with his mom and Vine is back with his mom. The Wagner's didn't even stop and think about how many lives would be affected by their actions. A horrible horrible tragedy for everyone 😢
Melissa some things you just can't wrap your mind around, so many people will be forever damaged by this tragedy, I'm true crime watcher and think by far this is the worse for me, just pray Sophia is Safe

It's Ohio law that witnesses can opt out of being recorded or video taped while they testify. Even a convicted murderer has that right.

I'm surprised they didn't all keep their mouths shut. It would have been alot harder to convict them all. George who had the least to do with it had a good chance of walking. Jake spilled the beans because he was to scared he'd get the death penalty yet had no problem killing.only a true coward could testify against his own family for helping out his problem.
