We love peaches and nectarines. We have them fresh every week when in season. We already had our peach pie treat this summer so we'll plan on your Georgia Peach Pound Cake for next year! I must say that you have great strength to resist too many sweets and desserts. Your pie beats this cake, so you should stick with that Terry if you cannot have both. When I made your pie I had to double the egg mixture since as I made a deep dish. Thank you so much for your recipe Terry!

You always have great ideas Beverlee! I have some apple brandy and will probably have it forever. I guess I should try it in a drink. I do make my own ice cream on occasion, I like to put a couple stripes of caramel in it. Thank you Beverlee!

What I do know is this is the Anniversary Size of Bundt Pan and I believe it is the largest size available. I bought it a few years ago and wanted the largest a person can buy because you can still bake smaller sizes anyway in a large pan. Thank you for your question! ~Michael

I could eat a few servings of that. I could make a smaller cake here, but I'd need to use mangoes because peaches are unavailable.
Mango would work great. I also think a mixture of both would be awesome. I actually thought about that when making this.
How about adding peach brandy in both the glaze and cake brandy..then homemade vanilla ice cream too with a drizzle of peach brandy too..
