Thank God there's still someone who can smile while giving instructions!!! With most of the videos I feel as if I am going to take exams on their subject right after they finish! Good work girl! Loved your video and your humor!
This is the best tutorial I've watched in a while! Thank you : )
As always, your videos are amazing, funny, colorful and informative! Pompoms rule! I'm an art teacher and when you show a class how to make pompoms they think you have magic powers! You are wonder woman with better color combinations!
Greatest tutorial teacher ever. Sense of humour and knowledge is second to none. Awesome.
My sister requested a ton of different sized pompoms to be attached to the scarf I knitted her. It was taking me ages making them the cardboard ring way.
I am so thankful for your tutorial! Thank you so much Jenine! :)
I've just started crocheting tons of hat/attached neckwarmer/convertible mitten sets to sell on Etsy and in a local shop, and this weekend, am starting my kids' line. I am so grateful I came across your video, because I'm going to need LOTS of pom poms. I love the idea of making them in bulk because I don't want to waste time making them one by one that I would otherwise use crocheting. Or eating, sleeping, bathing and working fulltime at my law firm.
Best tutorial ever... never would have thought! Please share more of your quirky knowledge with us!
your video was not only easy to understand but also had a wonderful sense of humour
One of the most refreshing tutorials I have seen in a long time Well Done Thank you
I've just started making a pom pom covered jacket with those little store bought things, you are such a lifesaver! I'm so thankful I came across your videos!
OMG!!! That's so brilliant! I wanted to make a pom pom rug for my baby's nursery but the thought of making each pom pom at a time made me give up my idea...now I will finally make this rug. Thank you so much!!! :*
I've never commented on a video before but yours is so darn excellent I couldn't not. :)
Like bexwheeler says below, this is the best how-to video on RUclips. I appreciate your vocabulary, your pace, your demeanor, your smile and your clear instruction. I hope you'll share your how-to knowledge in many more future How-to videos! Thank you!
Oh, how I wish that I had found your video just a couple of days ago so that I could have cut down the time that it took me to make a pom poms Christmas wreath yesterday by about 75%. I made 25 pom poms one at a time, and now I feel like a fool. This is a great approach that you have described here, truly! And, you presented it so clearly, all the while being entertaining and delightful. Thank you! Liked and subscribed!

As soon as I saw you hammer in the nails I knew what you were going to do. BRILLIANT VIDEO!!! Great minds think alike... Thanks for sharing this!!!
I'm so grateful that I found this video BEFORE I started my project for a Pom Pom Rug for my kid. Whew! You've saved me a ton of time. I watch most videos in fast time so the Benny Hill bit was SuperFast!
YOU ARE THE SMARTEST POM POM MAKER I'VE EVER SEEN!!! GREAT
You had a feeling you were getting a little nerdy but it so works for you! I really enjoyed this video
What a fabulous tutorial. You should have your own show.
Roxanne Tamborello I agree. She is a hoot. She defiantly needs her own show.
You are entertaining as well as smart, I like your attention to detail and the way you explain things. Thank you for your time and effort.
Omg, you are insanely fun! You have a remarkable presence in front of the camera. I am so thankful I stumbled across you tutorial. Definitely going to try your method. Thank you for teaching me something new.....with smiles and laughs.
Scrolling through trying to find a good pom pom video and found this... You're personality is great!! Usually I'll start watching a video and if it don't keep my attention I move on... Your video was great.... Love the way you describe things... Great humor.. But of course you're from Providence Rhode Island!!!!! I love Providence... I live in Bristol Rhode Island and know Providence very well!! I'll check out your other videos also!! Good day. Leah
i loved your video! the best how-to I've ever "endured". Quotation marks b'c most of them, yes, I've endured them, yours, I enjoyed! I love your sense of humor (a lot like my own) & the Benny Hill music was right on! Like Alicia said, you'd make a cool friend to hang & make things with. Since I am going to try & make a pom pom rug, this way of making many at one time is fabulous. I don't need to waste what precious time I have making them one.....by.....one! Thanks ever so much! & good luck in your crafting & selling!
Love how you explain the technique and purpose of each step. It thoroughly educates each action so that if a person is doing it for the first time they can evaluate what they're doing. It can help them make sure they're doing it right their first time. Well at least for me anyway! Cool tutorial. I hope you have more.
"It could be a board, or the trick is... I'll show you guys later."
IT IS THE BODIES OF YOUR ENEMIES!
I WANT YARN THAT MANY!!!!

I KNEW there was a way to do this! My random thoughts: Use monofilament line? Strong AND clear.... Cubic pompoms? Square, man! And I like your shirt! Fun and informative, my favorite kind of video! Thanks!

Great idea! Love your sense of humor.
You are so adorably, endearingly dorky! I say this as someone who long ago learned to accept my dorky side and feed it. In return, it helps me make funky art pieces and never take myself too seriously. You rock!
Laynie Fingers you need to show more of what your doing like where you are cutting and tying instead of yourself

Holy pompoms Batman-this is fantastic!
I don't know what I love more about this comment. That you dropped a Batman quote or that you're a guy that watched this tutorial. I'm gonna go with both. Both of these things are cool.
Thank you! Yes, My necklace is made of glass beads that I sculpted with a torch. A link to my tutorial on that is in the video description above.

Loved your video, thank you very much. Also loved your sense of humour. Your pom poms are great!!
lol your so fun; you have a great personality and helps me not get bored and watch until the end
Thanks for this great idea! Do you think this can be done with yarn made from old tshirts? Any thoughts or ideas on how to transfer the technique? Thanks!
Hi Jenine, great tutorial! Someone asked about nailing in other than a table. I make tassels and took a 2x4 and screwed "L" brackets at different distances and wind the yarn around the brackets (according to the size tassel I want), the exact same concept as your nails. Going to use my board to make pom poms as you showed winding from end bracket to end bracket. How do I know if I've got enough yard for a full looking pom pom? I'd like to make some about 4 1/2" diameter. Thanks!
Great tutorial on making multiple pom poms (even greater tutorial on how to make a home made gerotte/goroutte/strangle thingy) x
Your a star now. Great movie, your so funny. I've always made single pompoms using a book. I can think of endless ideas for multiple pompoms. Thanks for sharing. Your awesome. :D
I did not care about pompoms all that much but watching this video was life changing....still don't care about pompoms all that much. ;^)
Great fun. Really enjoyed this.
This method is awesome! Thanks. One note to your videographer: we saw very little detail of what she was actually doing. The camera concentrated more on her face than her work. Although she is pretty to look at and her smile is great, I would've preferred to see closer detail of the yarn and finished product.
Bonus points for the Benny Hill bit!!!
best pom poms video!!!
Your super neat!! :) and anyone who leaves not so nice comments are the ones with too much time on their hands.
I'm making baby crochet hats so Pom Pom are needed. Needed the pencil trick cause I'm old and can't tie tight. Thanks Your such a cutie.
I love you and your tutorial! Off to find more!
Fabulous tutorial! Crazy time-saver. Thanks :)
Great tutorial. I love your humor.
Oh my gosh!!! I totally loved your video. I was looking for a way to make pom poms for the end of a crocheted scarf and this was perfect. Multiple at one time! But your like ability prompted me to watch your other videos.
Thanks for your good humor and feel good vibes. I really liked the pom poms you showed at the end of your video from Peru.
