not tight enough more than likely or it needs to be disassembled completely and inspect the shaft for stripping or it could be over lubricated!

Thanks to your video, I discovered for the Navee N65I that there was a screw behind the sticker to tighten the handlebars on the stem. But there's a design flaw When you fold the handlebars, this screw loosens and then there's play in the handlebars. How do you lock this screw? I've only ridden 10 km in 15 days, because the problem occurred immediately.
