i have this urgent right now issue i cant turn right it locks and my left turns all the way

Thanks to your video, I discovered for the Navee N65I that there was a screw behind the sticker to tighten the handlebars on the stem. But there's a design flaw When you fold the handlebars, this screw loosens and then there's play in the handlebars. How do you lock this screw? I've only ridden 10 km in 15 days, because the problem occurred immediately.

I always come to this video cause I have this model And never remember how to unlock it 😂😂
