One of the most beautiful hiking trails Ive seen on RUclips. Im only used to hiking on open land with barely visible paths, so this is a luxury of having the way clearly marked for you but its such a stunning scenery!! Might have to visit.
Switzerland is a hiker's paradise. The hiking infrastructure is top notch with clearly marked trails, signage (except for the more advanced and alpine trails, but that's the point), and trains and gondolas to get you up or down. Best of all, they usually lead to a restaurant in the middle of nowhere where you can relax and refresh.

I’ve been up to the Fronalpstock a few times and have longed to do this hike but it would take me three times the recommended time because I have trouble going uphill so I’ve never been able to devote enough time to do it. I have been to point 15:58 on your video from the Fronalpstock side. So wonderful to see it from the other direction.

Walking a ridge line can be crazy scary when the wind picks up. Even here on our humble Mount Hollywood (Griffith Park), I was tempted to drop and crawl to keep from getting swept off.
I guess the wind might not be that bad if the mountains are near the lakes, not the sea. I also felt that I would get swept off when I climbed Arther's seat at Edinburgh which is near the Northern Sea. , and the wind was hilarious. Airplanes struggled to land because of the wind I heard.
Oh, this breathtaking beauty. I am fascinated by these views and this magical country, it is absolutely like paradise. I want to write to my friend about Switzerland, can I?

The hike from First to Schynige Platte is my favourite so far with stunning views of Brienzesee on the north side of the ridge and Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau to the south. Absolutely stunning on a clear day. Caught the last train down from Schynige Platte with only a minute to spare!
