I think if you don’t care about high-end power you should just get a MacBook or iMac.
Yeah, but I'm more thinking of what she would choose components-wise to make a more aesthetics focused build. Like an art piece that can run DOOM, but depending on what she picks, it might be a lead butterfly, pretty but not very good at what it's supposed to do. I personally see Apple as a fashion company first and a tech company second.
@@luckyomen I’d say that used to be true until M1. It has always been hard to beat them on aesthetics (just look at peoples reactions in unboxing vids), and now they’re starting to ramp up the power too. She’d be much happier with that long term.

They don’t even protect these things in the box it’s just sitting in cardboard. You know a produce is a beef cake when the manufacturer is so confident in its durability that they don’t care it thrashes around in the box. I’m still pretty amazed as well myself I want to know what the heck caused it.

@@robertmccracken6930 exactly. I have a FormDt1 and am forced to use an aio; but if I watercooled the whole PC I'd want clear tubes and be able to see everything.
well watercooling is the performance. CUSTOM watercooling is adding in the looks but also for the gpu as aio gpus arent too common.
@@robertmccracken6930 well yeah u can use an aio but theres not much u can do with it. itll be the same tubing with length that u, for the most part cant change. overall just one look. with the tubes they used, theres custom length plus the use of the reservoir. then with black hard tubing, u can have custom runs with that nice black look. like jayz black ice build

This is wholesome stuff. In those pics and covers, Linus was basically talking about how his work has taken him away from his family. And now he is building PCs with them. More of this in future.

20:59 If you go frame by frame (">" button while paused) you can see the spark at the top of the motherboard. It looks pretty crazy I don't get how it still worked after that, I would still be concerned.
I wonder if it some weird warranty detection thing… gives the manufacturer an easy way to see if the board has been powered on?
