Yeh I found was street conflict as the building has listings on 2 streets. And Frightmare is listed different street as the OP bust. Frightmare went insolvent start of last year. They did bust a guy 2300 plants worth 2 million August 2023 an Albanian guy who says he was trafficked from Albania and forced to work as a Gardener tending the OP he is still on remand.

Thats 1 massive groh Matt, the amount of ballasts there was ridiculous, those huge water butts just shows the scale of operations, but i reckon (well underestimated) it would be minimum 5oz a plant, 2000 plants =£1.8 million. More likely over 5000 plants for the size of the place which would be £4.5 million. You can see why they do it.

That is the biggest grow I think I've ever seen. The heat, and probably smell, that must of been coming out of that building would of been huge I suppose if your electricity is free, why not make a massive grow room, lol. The investment in equipment wouldn't of been small either. Definitely got busted by the looks of the smashed distribution boards and holes in the filters.

Hey Matt, Hope you're doing well : ) 13:40 I wonder if someone didn't invest alot of money in the Frightmare project in order to do it every year and a grow op snuck in thinking it was a one off. If that was the situation then they both got screwed. In any case, I feel bad for the Frightmare group. They seemed to have put alot of work into their props. I love the mushrooms and the merman skeleton ✨️

People should secure their buildings better. That one was too easy to get into. I was just thinking of the theatre you went into a while ago. Great Video Matt, Wow I'll bet that was quite a set up as far as the g/rooms go, dread to think how much the cost of the stolen electric amounted to, all those ballests on that pallet, and all else, quite an envestment by someone, I'd love to know how much the return on that lot was at the height of it's operation, as it's a huge building.
