this is helpful and made feel a lil less angry of myself. actually, i’ve been following you for a while now and your videos have really helped. however, i still crave sugar a lot -carbs and a lot of sweets. i really want a chocolate bar or ice cream every single day. i always need at least one drink a day which of course is packed with cream/sugar even tho i tend to have them “less sweet”. i also love breads. i know, you mentioned that we need to listen to our bodies, but why do i feel like it’s always telling me to eat these sweets? :(( also, i’ve been trying to follow your advice to pair carbs with protein and fiber (tho not always cause balanced meals are not easily accessible), and to not push back my hunger (so i eat breakfast na rin) but i feel guilty thinking that i am eating too much. idk anymore. i have been struggling with body image issues all my life.
i stopped sugar intake for almost a month now and the first week was so intense and depressing but now able to control and feels so much more better now. I have made the right decision. Thank you so much for this. 🤍
I'm currently in this situation, and it's been 2 weeks since I started eating lots of sugary foods. I'm trying to be patient with my body and the process, but I'm starting to feel uncomfortable with my body because I gain easily whenever I eat lots of sweets, even though I'm working out.
