I actually agree, IMO not every gold is equal (11 and 12 Pro's gold was awful, for example, just way too flat and lifeless) but the 13 and 14 Pro's really got it right with the pearlescent finish.

Doesnt matter what colour your phone is either you are rich and dont use a cover and risk breaking the thing or your the majority and use a case and hardly ever see the colour unless you somehow get a good protective clear case.
