Route 66 Road Trip Amboy - Santa Monica

We road trip on Route 66 #9 from Amboy, CA to the Route 66 Western terminus at Santa Monica Pier, CA. First stop is Ludlow Cafe, then Bagdad Cafe and on to the town of Daggett. Next is a long stop in Barstow, CA at the train station and "Harvey House." We visit the site of the original McDonald's Restaurant where Albert Okura, who also owns the town of Amboy, CA, has built a museum. Next is a stop at the beautiful yellow Richfield gas station in Rancho Cucamonga. Finally we finish the route at the Santa Monica Pier. Note that in the video I say "Costa Mesa" a couple of times when I mean "Santa Monica" as the end point.

Omg, we live here and WE haven't even been to that gas station. It's on our list of San Bernardino County Museum sites.
