Just practice it's a good lifetime skill. At first I was really bad at it and slow, now I can do it effortless. It's the most dirty part and unless you go to dentist you have to floss it yourself and never use flosspicks

The plaque is broken and not sturdy then, rincing gets rid of it and you can brush one extra time if you're afraid that's not enough.

@@franciscohenriques9322 My thinking is, if I floss first and then brush, the plaque and food debris that I have loosened from flossing will get jammed back into the teeth by brushing afterwards.
I do it the other way so that the brush cleans out much of the gunk first (gunk outside of teeth gap) before flossing, then floss out debris (including any gunk that may have been scooted and packed inbetween from brushing), and then flouride mouth wash to rinse any stray food debris and plaque after flossing.
Haven’t had any problems and my dentist always say my teeth are doing great.

It isn't gum, it's a hole. Gum used to be there. This looks like advanced gum disease causing the gums to recede and bone loss to happen. Hence the black triangles. Unfortunately this cannot be reversed, but can be stopped and treated! I'm not a periodontist but my dad had something similar, but not as bad as this.
