Cold morning here but definitely sweating. As always, great routine. The last set of abs were really difficult for me. Something to work on (that and teasers).

This one got up my heart rate and kicked my butt-I had to do a lot of the standing work and earlier planks on a red spring b/c I'm still postpartum but it felt great to do some things that I haven't done in awhile! Thanks for another great class :)
