True but the same employees need to be honest when they wreck the equipment and need to do the daily maintenance.
One of my best bosses took time to come and chat to us workers and give us praise and credit when due. Made work a joy.

I recon that sprinkler will more than pay for itself in added weight to the stock.
Everytime I see the desks in the training room, I think I would of rounded the corners off by 50mm. The times I've banged a thigh on something like a table getting in and out of the space.

All the pipework doesn’t have any inserts inside so can easily pop off, also not lagged so the water can freeze in the pipe and burst. Just to save you issues in a morning and wasting water.

I'm thinking you will have to run the sprinkler lines up the bin separation walls. This way you can reach the front of bin where loader is working the most
Have watched every video from the start, amazing to see how much your progressing with your business such an inspiration 💪🏽 Can I just ask why is the fence next to the weighbridge where the sprinklers taps are damaged? if you use it to get to the other side make it so it’s a gate, that’s only thing in the yard that don’t look right 👌🏽

Just a little tip for your Ro-Ro driver, if he straps a load with the ratchet to the vehicle's nearside, he can retension if needs be easily from the curb side of the vehicle. Another nice video as always, thanks for what you do! The respect you give your staff is amazing, it's nice to see more employers like that around nowadays :)

Happy Big bossman Daniel, the raw materials bay is looking the part with everything in its place labelled. And particular attention to Health and safety ie pedestrians and other users of the worksite pathways, it's a big improvement, and providing training in house is always a step in the right direction moving forward.
