Just my opinion, but Daniel Owner of Ashville and youtuber, sounds better to me than Daniel the youtuber 🤷🏾♂️ I look at Daniel as a youtuber AFTER his business, he had his business first, then decided to RUclips, unlike some RUclipsrs where their business and revenue IS being a RUclipsr. So I think calling Daniel a youtuber without including his construction/aggregate titles, comes of as if RUclips is the only thing he does and has ever done is a slight insult to him and other business owners, who have successful businesses and just decided to document what they do on RUclips.
Most accidents at work are caused by unrealistic expectations of management placing undue pressure on their workforce. They then blame the operator when something goes wrong, instead of looking in the mirror. Stay safe!
Just a safety tip. When you are putting air in earthmover tyres, stand by the tread, not the sidewalls, because if they are going to blow, it is normally the sidewalls that go. If they do, the ring is capable of decapitating someone.
Distance is better, the first thing that happens in a blowout is the thick belt of tread delaminates and whips down to the ground, as dirt industries said - distance is your friend
Get terry on more often! With a bit of practice in front of the camera I sure he will make a presenting wing man. I know his job is busy but it could free up some of your time!

Instead of just relying on the handheld radios, you should install hard wired ones in all vehicles and staff rooms. Having all portables for the staff who are just walking around the yard.

My brain recognizes the noises and acknowledges them instantly, even heavy freight rumblings at sleeping times. Most likely the complaining residents are new arrivals and they need to own some responsibility for failing to check that train noises were going to be part of their lives. Well done, Flo' getting those wagons unloaded.

Please help my OCD and reliability mind set and have someone clear the undercarriage of the LH60 All that build up of muck from a ‘clean’ yard will wear out the under carriage prematurely. A quick clean once a week to remove the build up will save you a fortune in the future. Keep up the good work
I would love to see a full video of a train unloading with the LH60. Maybe 1 camera in the cab and one attached to the boom. Not cuts, just one long video from start to end.

Just an observation but talk about SERIOUS growth, this time last year Daniel was just churning out work, struggling to get trains and material. Jump forward and boom he's offloading his near constant trains in house, he's now a distributor for a 3rd party at no real cost to himself. Even then that's one tiny section of growth in this company, Daniel should run a masterclass on business growth.
I always feel that it is very important to show alot of respect to anyone who established an establishment and put people to work so they can provide for their family . Which includes paying there mortgages ,keeping food on there table and putting their children through school. Bless up yourself MrD.. Fortress key interlock would be ideal, means you have to isolate the control system by removing a key to then unlock the gate, you then take the key from the gate in with you meaning the unit cannot be turned on. We use them for robot cells in manufacturing to ensure were in line with legislation

Just bolt the cage to the concrete blocks and run it all the way down and return it to the back wall at the end. You don’t need to cut a hole in the gate! I work at the airport with the baggage conveyor belts and we have cages for people that aren’t allowed in. We have fortress key locks on the gates so only we have the keys for them as we are trained to get in them. Also don’t put the cage under the conveyor as if you need to do any maintenance this would be hard to work around. If the under side of the belt is exposed then you could put a metal plate under neath with holes in, this would then allow any materials through if they are still stuck to the belt and will be safer if someone needs to talk under the belt.
