From summer gigs installing fences to running Genesis Excavation and Demolition, Stan’s journey is remarkable for a kid just out of high school. In this interview, discover how he went from $160K to $1.9M in his first year of switching from fencing, all without a website or a marketing budget.

This is the best excavation company in Seattle, not everyone believes in the success of younger people. Stan has done it and so can you.
It may be hard to grasp, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Congratulations to our young entrepreneurs!
Believe it or not he is 19. He’s worked day and night building this business.
Loool, he look 30
If he’s 19 I’m 30 lmao, buddy is 3 years younger but looks 10 years older. But salute to his success, wish him more 🔥
First , how he looks is not important , plus you should know that when he mentioned the Slavic center , he might be of Slavic origin and these guys are strong built. I believe he is 19.
And it does not matter. On the other hand these young looking guys that are slim are usually aging faster at later age but very quickly.
We believe that it was never about age or looks, but rather about capability and dedication. 😄
@@UpFlip How? If he began attending college in 2020, shouldn't he be about 22?
@@jonathan248I finished colleg3 at 19. Not everyone follows the same path of traditional school
@@kevins5268 That's possible. The issue is that these factors of doubt add up. He looks older than 19 and would've graduated college quite early.
😂 this kid went from building fences to running a multimillion dollar excavation business doing government contracting while completing a computer science degree and he is only 19. He bought his first excavator without a plan and everything fell into place so much that he was able to support a payroll right away.
yeah totally the title isnt to get people watching
he is also going to be a NASA cadet by the time he's 20... lol
The host of this video should feel like a douche promoting some unrealistic success story like this.
Actually yes lol
That’s what happens when your in the right environment and have the right people around you
@@approved4u false. Keep living in you delusional bubble.
Prob my favorite episode yet. Rooting for this guy.
Love respect and hugs from Moscow, Russia.
UpFlip regulates the world.
Well appreciated! Thank you for the support 🙏
WOW What a Story..
Thank you for sharing it.
Your vids continue to inspire. Love to see each new story Here's to the doers!
My brother does the same work at 24. However think outside the box and set yourself up for reccession proof. My brother does all this but does sewer repairs which regardless of the economy has to be done. New builds and tear down can hold off in a slowed economy.
Thanks for sharing! Where's your brother located?
@@UpFlip fort wayne IN.
Very amazing we wish see more videos like that
This guy is a legend in the Pacific northwest. He also paid for his 3 grandkids to go to college where they graduated with honors. Next week they are adding his face to mount rushmore
Well ain't that the dream? 😅
what a well put, smart individual. wish him all the luck
Smart beyond his years! 💪
What a great story of this young entrepreneur and business owner.! He’s doing a fantastic job.! Working and being an equipment operator is so cool and interesting.! Keep up the great work sir! 😎🤘🏽
Thank you for watching! I hope you learned a thing or two! 😊
Incredible content. Upflip is such a valuable channel.
Great questions asked, kept me watching. keep it up!
Amen 🙏🏼 brother, God before anyone and anything!
This guy is incredible 2 degrees and a 5 million dollar business at 19 🤨
Dope vid congrats bro
He’ll take a huge hit coming in the next few years. Best of luck to you.
First congratulations on your sucess! Would love to talk to you to learn more about this business, i love the idea and I have a CDL, I live in the Southeast region closed to FL. Was wondering what other licenses are needed to get into this type of business to drive the excavator and to connect the sewer lines? Construction is killing down here....
We're proud of you Stan!! 👍
Nice!! Keep going young man!
A podcast is needed for this incredible story. Like all humans we are skeptical when such great stories are heard. I’m not trying to doubt him but if he can tell us his story as in what day and how he started his very first fence job. Tell us from the very start to currently. This will help greatly and would be very informative for those few people who have ethic but need guidance. I’m about to turn 22 and I work as a hvac residential technician. I have ethic but need guidance/advice to start my own business. If he can share his very first experiences to current ones in a podcast episode that would be great.
This was a great story, and I'm positive he's a great biz owner/worker... but man, he basically answered EVERY question as vague as possible that could potentially help a new person get started 😅 just like the good Lord's book 😂
Lol paul scared of the old house "lets get out of this (old) house" in his mind haha
Lol 😂
This guy motivating me to do this in barbados cause we have lots of old houses that need to be demolished
Im in the same industry (almost 40 years now) and pull in similar revenues with only 4 other employees, but the real question is, what do you get to keep in the end? In other words, how much do you net after all the bills are paid? Trust me folks, its not as much as you might think. I love this kind of work, but the key to success is building a great reputation so you’ll stay busy through the years. Construction work such as this cycles just as the housing market does. As such, you will experience slow times in most markets from time to time. Being able to weather those is what really will separate you from your competitors over time because many will go out of business in those slow times. This is a hard business to be successful in but if your work ethic is above average and you stay hands on, you can be successful. Hands off and leave it up to your employees to run jobs for you and you’ll not last long in most cases.
Thank you for sharing this! We appreciate your insight and expertise!
What an inspiring story! This young entrepreneur's journey showcases the power of determination and seizing opportunities. His success highlights the importance of identifying niche markets and leveraging passion into a thriving business. 🔥
Couldn't agree more! 💪
Very cool channel. Looking forward to hearing more.
Your faith in GOD is amazing 🙏🏾🙌🏾
Questions: how did you get your G.C. license? How did you get your plumbing license to install plumbing pipes? It does not add up...
Its really not that hard....as long as you have the money to pay for the permit, you're able to "license" yourself to do these things lol.
Wowowowoowwo GREAT VIDEO!!!!!
Amen brother God bless
Amen 🙏

Why would you pour a new foundation after razing the house, when you don’t even know what the floor plan of the new SFR is ? what am I missing?
They just copy and paste the floor plan.
Seattle construction market is booming
You have to live in the right part of vounti to have that kind of work
Every area has its own unique demands, so make sure to leverage those to your advantage!
💪🏽
Hope you enjoyed the episode! 😀
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hope you enjoyed the video! 👌
Excavator lovers assemble here! ❤️😁
I can believe he’s 19, have you seen the NFL players?! They look like GROWN MEN. Just drafted 😂 What are they feeding them?!
Not all people age the same. This is reality. 😊
When are you going to feature more females? As an aspiring female entrepreneur I need more inspiration!! Please feature more women entrepreneurs already!
We would love to.. but they're hard to find ;)
Women don't have the same natural inclination to achieve things and earn money that men have. We are not the same. Men HAVE to do these things in order to gain value in society and be respected. Women however don't. You're more likely to find Onlyfans girls than actual female entrepreneurs. Women are inherently lazy when it comes to resource gathering. The reason being they have beauty to give them status, and men to take care of them.
Keep that in mind when you go into business as a woman. You're not likely to find many peers
What possible reason does a excavation company have for 8 forklifts?
Stress will make you age
That's a good point!
He is 19? Then I am still embryo 🤓
In Russia embryo is 19 year old lol
@@user-rj8tm5wv7p Lol, he is Definitely lying.
He's 19. 😀
Not bad but honestly Im tired of the same of the type of industries. I like to see creative field please. I like to see ecommerce , product design, digital products.
Please check out our channel! We have featured some of these industries.👌
👍👍👍
Thank you for watching! 😀
So at least 40% is going to trucking/clean out! Another 28% to crew cost easy... curious what he pays himself out of the business.
Im guessing mom is running the office. Dad might be onsite. Maybe other family/church members are involved. Some nationalities have move involvement with their own. Revenue is not profit. Im guessing he is 24/25.
Hes 19. He's my freind. Mom and dad didn't do this for him. He's just hustler
If that dude is 19 I'm 9
Cuz you’re probably still fapping to corn.
Be careful young man…. Try to cash flow these new purchases. Debt can crush you if there is a lull in work. Follow the Dave Ramsey method!
Dave Ramsey is living in the past😂
No marketing, must be nice🤣🤣🤣
Ask him if he'd mentor me
He had friends.
Great. People should not be lonely, but have friends.
Everybody has friends! 😀
HE’S A IMMIGRANT! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
This explains EVERYTHING!!!!
What company was giving him 0% interest?
If you have good credit
@@PermanentHigh Yes but as a 18yr old with small savings at most how was he eligible to borrow 200-300K for the machines with 0% interest? If know company can check it out if it makes sense
Kubota for any of their product/equipment…as long as you have good credit
@@ILoveRUclips-t6y interesting so they take no collatoral? And just look at credit score and give a Installment plan basically to pay for machinery which is like a car lease so the video then gives wrong idea since u don't get cash to hand it's just a lease on the machines but 0% interest is the amazing part can any average Joe get it?
Age is actually a contruct
That's right! 😉
Had to unsubscribe. Sick of the click bait titles and interviews of people with rich parents and investors who pretend like they’re self made.
Total joke, and not one of them will pony up to the fact. I’m over it.
This guy's 19. He's a buddy of mine. His parents didn't do this for him. Go spill ur insecurities elsewhere
@@andreypostolnikov8280 Yeah okay dude. Tell me where a 19 year old gets the startup capital and CREDIT especially to purchase an EXCAVATOR? Whatever you say dude, some of us aren't braindead here. It's called help from mommy and daddy.
@@andreypostolnikov8280 I think from now on people should start pulling bank stubs and IRS statement otherwise Im calling BS lol. Only way I could see him making it work if he leased the equipment somehow
I don't believe we're getting the full story.............it doesn't add up. It's just old school common sense.
What seems off to you? We'd love to hear your thoughts! ☺️
@@UpFlip Honestly, with God, all things are possible.
Greetings from NY, Slava Ukrajini!
Thank you for watching! 🙏
I call bullshit. I’m 41 and own a grading company and at 18 no one is giving you credit for a car let alone equipment. This kids family or inheritance is deeply involved with his success. The host of this video should feel like a clown. Kids are going to watch this thinking it’s possible and feel like shit when they realize it’s not. Unless your family has deep pockets.
Respect to his business but buddy is ageing terribly
We all age differently! 😉
I’m 19 and can you tell you right now that dude does not look like any other 19 year olds I know, but he’s still getting success salute 🫡
Not everyone ages at the same rate! 😉
