Truck cleaner, greaser, hose winder, security guard, keyholder, recovery truck and a Sauna plus the office bridge and football team, wow Ashville sounds like a great driving college
Daniel and Terry that’s the best episode yet but next time can Michael O’Donovan join in that would be funny you are a big part of you Sunday nights here in New Zealand so please keep up the good work it’s all my mate and I talk about
Love the answers to the comments, hurt my sides laughing. 🤣 You and Terry are a great comedy duo. Watching the entire series here in Brisbane after stumbling across your channel, loving every episode, thanks Daniel and the entire team at Ashville.
This was brilliant, you SHOULD do more videos like this! Especially loved the accountant/Dr guy advising you on having a PA, he obviously needs one as he's so clever he doesn't need to bother with punctuation?
When you were talking about the keys, I couldn't stop thinking about the setup we have at my job. All locks on our vehicles are paired up with an app, that our boss has on the phone. So in any case of us being locked out (or in) our vans, we can call him up, and he'll ask for the number plate, then hit a button and it unlocks the car. Obviously there are 1 spare key to each van, but this makes it way easier, cause he can even see on the app, where the van is on a map, and just unlock it as he pleases. I'm not sure about the cost of it all, but maybe that's something you could look into on your end. :D Love the vids!
For the Two keys - you can get a bunch of keys cut that are simple metal blanks. You don't need the fob with immobiliser to lock the door. So real key stays in the ignition, and plain metal key locks the door and stays with driver. Standard metal keys will only cost a couple quid each, and will let you access the cab if the real keys are lost.
Well done team for making this hilarious video and making someone day. Welcome back Terry and seeing you next to Daniel have a laugh together. Keep it up 👍🏼
Never thought 2 guys sitting on a sofa could be that funny, best one yet, took me alost 2 hours to watch as I rewinded it to hearit again as I was laughing, The guy that blocked Terry, funny

One of my favourite vlogs so far, some people without having a clue about construction try and give some silly advice when u have been in this business for a while, it amazes me cheers Dan
my life will be complete if you made a Daniel And O'Donavan go camping special...it would be like an Enid Blyton jolly adventure with cucumber sandwiches and lashes of ginger beer
@25:30 Sheet Rock is another name for gypsum board (aka drywall) which are sheets consisting of compressed powdered gypsum sandwiched between paper layers. It's fire resistant (to a point) but it is not water resistant. When it gets wet, it swells up and crumbles and becomes a host for mold.
Great episode! Great to see Terry back, hope the recovery is going well! Awesome to see how you two get on so well. I still think, space permitting, a crusher would be a good addition to the yard, with grabs bringing back material you can crush, instead of dumping, you could sell recycled material. But that is another idea that costs £££’s
3.5 minutes in and laughing so much ! Loving this. Also, listening to you both, I am convinced I would be a brilliant, cost saving & efficient, Asheville’s Business Development Manager..
Just watched this episode with the missus and we haven't cracked up this much for ages, the Dr Sharma comment was jokes. Thanks for your hard work making this entertaining content, we love you mate, please on with the positivity.
Oh my I'm smiling from cheek to cheek got one my comments on your episodes and it wasn't a burial. Big up Ashville still my favourite thing about Sundays
I once had a job in a University going around switching off lights (about 2,000 switches) in 18 to 29 different buildings. On average it took Me about 5 Hours every night. The hardest part was remembering where switches were located (and trying to work out why the Electrician had placed the switch here for lights which were all the way over there). Never ceased to amaze Me why supposedly educated and intelligent people could not turn off their own damn lights.
12:20 my dad was involved in developing this for generating sets in the 90’s. The concept is that you counteract the noise frequencies with other frequencies and it does something similar to what noise cancelling headphones do nowadays.
Isn't it called Passive Noise Control or something to that degree? I get what the original commenter is getting at, they use acoustic fencing on many factory and warehousing sites that are close to residential areas. I'd imagine though for Daniel and Ashville overall it would be an expenditure that may not be worth it now they're not dealing with 6C.
@@XX0ST yeah probably. I’m not an expert. I agree that it’s not suitable for Dan but I was just pointing out that the the idea wasn’t as crazy as they were making out!
Thanks for making my Sunday, having a downer of a day turned around by you two and to leave me with tears in my eyes literally laughing, your doing something no one can ever can up and sell. You two are a great double act by far and should do this more often not on every 101th episode, thanks for having me in fits of laughter, time for me to get up off the floor now and get on with life.
I worked for a glass/window company back in N.I. As a delivery driver in a 7.5 ton lorry. 1 thing I learnt in almost 20yrs. Your cab was like your 1st Home. who would chuck garbage around the house. It never took long, to give cab a quick clean n polish every ngt.
There are smart switches with built in motion detection alongside a button in the US that are used in things like school bathrooms, you wire it up the same as a regular switch and it has all the tech inside. If you have someone at the company who can wire a switch you could easily swap it out I'd imagine.
I have love watching every single 100 episodes have even watched every video you have uploaded right back to the beginning keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌 😀 💪

Hey Daniel and Terry, that was amazing! I absolutely love how the both of you are so in sync when it comes to your replies. It is always such a pleasure watching the two of you have fun! Please keep the awesome content coming and I can't wait for ep. 101 :) p.s. Daniel you are already an international Super Star...Hugs from America!!!
Good laughs 😂 Have to remember we are all human and it’s good to have a laugh at work, specially when your work colleagues are your friends. Excited to see what’s coming next! Definitely need to get more “Tezza” on screen 😜😂
this was such a simple but effective video Daniel!! first time I found myself pausing this and switching to series 081 just to learn about the width of a baby grab to see if there's a gap in the market LOL, keep doing you brother!!
Active noise control is a very effective sound dampening technique You record the sound and use directional speakers to play the sound towards the noise from the boundary. In short the sound waves fight each other cancelling a good percentage out. They use it at festivals to help damp the bass down a lot It's more effective with bass than treble I assume the noise is more towards treble than bass. Worth a try but don't spend on it either Far better with fir trees to disburse the sound waves rebounding of branches ect really uses the sound energy.
Sheetrock is a US brand name for gymsum board / plaster board. It has become a catch all term here. In wet areas / showers we will use "greenboard" which is similar to the jackboard you used.
That was epic!!!!! Absolutely hilarious!!!!! I was delighted to see an Ashville entry on my Sunday, not to mention surprised. This is a classic and probably unrepeatable!!! Thanks guys, a lot of work went into this and it is sooooo worth it!!!!!

Something to try in the concrete - incinerator bottom ash. Use the tippers that are coming back to the yard to carry the ash, then you have them making money to come back. In the future you could build an incinerator and use the lorry to bring material to your site.
Following on from the two keys suggestion. You can just detach the fob from the remote and lock the doors whilst engine is still running that way cab is still secure along with drivers possessions.

Seeing the suggestion about having a trailer behind the tipper is a very usual thing here in Gothenburg.
