I dont understand the concept of the movie LOL
A lonely pedophile desperately searched for his frnd/partner for years but couldn't find him... So to make him return forcefully, he murdered a girl in the same spot after 23 years... But at last the the killer paid for his karma... He lost his frnd forever... It's like you want to get a girl but she doesn't like you so you will do bad things(crime) to get her in your arm at any cost but she chooses to die insted being with you... That's what the last scene describes... The actual killer in remorse & loneliness again....
