SCALLOPS WRAPPED IN BACON RECIPE
1 lb. bacon
2 lbs. jumbo sea scallops
1 fresh lemon
DIRECTIONS:
• Cut bacon strips in half
• Wrap each scallop with bacon and secure with toothpick to hold bacon in place
• Arrange them on baking sheet
• Cook in oven on high heat (500 degrees) for appx 10-12 minutes until bacon is cooked
• Remove from oven and remove the toothpicks
• Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the bacon wrapped scallops

Only thing I would have done different is season the scallops with a little onion powder, granulated garlic, and ground celery.When done drizzle a little honey and white pepper 😁

Hey Lisa that’s my kinda recipe 😋. My family makes bacon raped water chestnuts . Is that something you’re family would eat? They are soaked in a marinade that includes Worcester sauce , brown sugar, and soya sauce before cooking on a cookie sheet in the oven😋😋
