I love the way that you used the entire strip of bacon and wrapped it both ways. I always have baked mine in the oven but have never thought of using my large air fryer. DUH!! It's not only a major energy saver but they came out just perfect. We ate them with some scallop stuffed shells and Asti sparkling wine.

Man, 18 minutes sounds crazy long! I cook bacon by itself and have super overcooked it at 8 minutes...I'm gonna try this but at about half as long as you did. I'll just make adjustments when i check them.
