I don’t even know what to do anymore, I feel like I’m constantly tired no matter how long I sleep and I just can’t do anything. I used to have iron deficiency, but it seems like that’s not the reason why I’m so tired. I recently started collage and I feel like it’s been draining all of my energy so I genuinely hope your video helps me somehow

Are you consuming lots of sugar? Or energy drinks? Thats the reason. Also watching too much TikToks etc. which gives you lots of Dopamin will make you feel super sluggish afterwards. Working out helps.
Its important to remember that too much sleep will also make you exhausted, and you might need to find something that makes you're brain feel rested or just happy for like an hour every so often.

I think the thing I like most about health based content creation is that there’s literally absolutely no reason people can shit on your platform. Like being healthy will never turn toxic 99% of the time, and it’s also shareable with other people and always benefits them.

Sometimes its hard to make and follow a schedule because things take around 2 times longer than you thought. But, what I like to do is create a to do list. I have ADHD and its soooooo hard to remember to do things. I like to make a to do list the night before. Also, I like to give myself incentives. (Example- I do all the dishes or clean something, and I give myself some extra time on my phone) Last but not least, TYY! Your videos keep me sooo motivated. Ilyy
This video is just what I needed, I actually picked up Atomic Habits for my third or fourth reading attempt last night (long story haha) and been working on getting really consistent with my skincare and other hygiene things! I got tired of not showing up for myself and not truly showing respect for myself and today I actually managed to wake up at 5:30 like how I’ve been trying to the past few months and failing. Amazing video Sophie! ❤
I love watching you - you are deliberate in your thoughts/actions, and very introspective. I started journaling more since watching you. I love a routine too! I go to bed early, so I have time in the morning before work to: Have Coffee, Prayer time, Treadmill time, and to Tone one body part. I used to get up later and rush around in the morning then curse the traffic I got stuck in. Now I have Peaceful mornings, which is a great way to start the day. I don't understand how people don't work out. I love it! I love how it makes me feel, and I look amazing in my clothes! I'm older, and take such good care of myself (plus an excellent skincare routine), people think I'm 15 years younger than I really am, which makes me feel great! You have to put in some effort at least, and people just don't want to - they just want to complain lol
thank you for your insight! ive been working on healthy habits, using daily supplements, improving my eye sight, dry eyes, sleep, because I've been having migraines for the first time. this affected my life so much but really balancing out my needs to improve my health has helped me to understand my body and myself!
