I'm 40 and have been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years. I've learned so much from your videos. Thanks for sharing your craft! Anyone out there who thinks they don't need continual education throughout your career You're in trouble. You never stop learning and perfecting your skills. Amazing technique!
You’re truly heaven sent Kristi. Thank you for sharing your work with me. I’m an extension specialist and not such an expert in color and ever since I started watching your videos I’ve gain so much confidence to tackle on color. Thank you.
All of your videos are so helpful! I have a lady that will be my model next week and I was super worried on how I was gonna give her the results she wants but this video helps a lot because this girl has the same kind of hair as her’s!!❤
So thankful for your videos! I’m a SAHM & feel bad asking for $400 for a new do. With your videos I’m able to do what I want & know wtf i’m doing even 😍🥰 Your work is amazing I’m inspired!!!
What a gorgeous transformation! I love all the dimensional tones in the hair and it’s the perfect amount of cool.👌🏼 If I ever go back to a fully natural color (I have vivids mixed with my brunette) I would love to try this.
Where i live we don't have the shadesEQ or igora's liquid dyes..sadly they can't fly so I'm not able to ship them here..what are your suggestions to achieve this color or similar colors using matrix socolor or loreal's majirel ? Thank you
I want to do that but is ok if I dont do more bleach and applied the same process. Will it give me the same results without bleaching it again. My client is a level 8 and 9. But has some orange tones like your client.
I just haven’t had anyone come in for that. I only do the videos of clients that are booked based off the color they’re getting. I’ll try to see if myself and a few girls at work have free time that matches up to do it.
@@hairbykristijennings6648 hi Kristi its me again 🧡🙏 i have a question here... so i bought 7.4 copper to repigment my hair and then 6.1 to cancel the orange... the thing is i messaged the brand and they told me their 6.1 is ash based on green pigments not blue... do you thing its not gonna nautralize those oranges? ill go and change it today if i can
Hey Kristi, I love watching all of your tutorials! You've taught me and every else watching so much. The final result came out amazing but I noticed as you were working up the back of her head, you teased your sections but didn't feather the bleach up anywhere near her dark regrowth. I find that most clients that come in for this service compain alot about their regrowth feeling thin and the ends feeling so heavy and thick in comparison. That's because the cuticle of the hair that's been lightened has swelled and is alot heavier than the natural roots. So even though it's only the hair underneath in the back, if you don't lighten the root regrowth they are still going to have that same feeling and have somewhat of a line of demarcation even though you teased each section. Sorry this is such a long message but I'm curious why you don't just tease and bring the bleach up higher into the roots? Do you ever get compaints about it after the fact? Perhaps this is something only have encountered? Thanks so much, Cat
Hello ! Because we were focusing on preserving her grow out and matching her natural color I didn’t want to disrupt any of her natural roots that she had , the only reason why I did up at the top is because she wanted a little brighter dimension through the top area which I think I explained all of that stuff through the video but that’s why I didn’t touch any of the back because we are just trying to match her color. And even when coloring on top of pre-lightened hair eventually it fades back to warm or a brassier tone so I figured we just wouldn’t do that to try to not have to worry about brass showing back through

Wow!,, that came out great!!! You inspire me!!! 💇🏼♀️💇🏼♀️
Kristi, what did you use to get the brassy to tone out? A violet or a blue in the toner? And did you have to fill with some red?

Omg kristi I love this result ! Also are those your natural lashes because they are so beautiful !
Excelente. Gracias. 💓
Sooo pretty !
I LOVE that you’ve been using Paul Mitchell the demi again! I recently started using it because I’ve been having issues with shades EQ kinda
I love your videos! Thank you so much for sharing!
❤
Love your work! 👌😍
I wish you were in my country 😍
What brand of foils & size are you using? The Costco extra large one? I'm a huge fan of yours! Greetings from San Diego! Merry xmas 🎄 ♥️
I’m not sure what she uses but framar big poppa is a great option for extra large foils!
can any one help me and write to me the steps and what did she mix ?
I'm new to cosmo, but I thought you weren't suppose to lightened previous lightened hair..
She's using the olaplex #1
Really protects , and she works fast which helps alot .
In all my 20 yrs of going to hairdressers, they can never achieve this colour even if I gave the most simplest of instructions
I want to see a mushroom brown color . No highlights . Just mushroom brown . Please🤓
That would be hard to do unless someone came in with naturally light hair wanting to go darker.
