I actually much prefer the look of the old brown leather sofa. It compliments the other wood pieces gorgeously.
The new gray sectional kinda just blends in with the carpet.
Can't beat the coziness of a lounge chaise tho.

I learned long ago that indoor and outdoor lighting design can mean the ultimate difference between amazing work and not-so-great work. When I prepared my living room, I bought an Arco lamp at Barcelona Designs and some other lighting tools to make sure everything was well lit. Definitely, everything will depend on the type of fixtures you use. Thanks for these tips.

Nice topic to bring up..In my honest opinion lightning is absolutely essential in creating a cozy space in you home.
When travelling in southern Europe I always get the chills when enterning a restaurant where the only source of light is i fluorescent lamps in the ceiling!
