The Killdozer story is interesting. People hail him as some sort of hero for standing up to The Man and not killing anyone but he definitely tried to kill a lot of people, and a lot of why he got into a conflict was because he was a giant asshole. Funny story about the parachutes. In basic training we had a guy who cracked HARD under pressure. At one point he panicked so badly he could not figure out how to lace or tie his boots. The Killdozer story is interesting. People hail him as some sort of hero for standing up to The Man and not killing anyone but he definitely tried to kill a lot of people, and a lot of why he got into a conflict was because he was a giant asshole. Like, the city definitely screwed him over but he wasn't an angel either. Thankfully, he was the only one that actually got hurt.

Funny story about the parachutes. In basic training we had a guy who cracked HARD under pressure. At one point he panicked so badly he could not figure out how to lace or tie his boots. Stammering, stuttering, sweating, on the verge of tears with no instructors nearby to even push him. I don't know what MOS he was trying for, but he literally got 0451 - parachute rigger. Somebody DEFINITELY died because of him

So fun fact!! the reason the Guillotine was such a crazy invention back in the day was because clean beheadings just-- weren't that common. You usually had a guy who was the executioner with a sword or an axe-- and sometimes the weapon wasn't sharp enough or the guy was too weak-- and so it would take multiple swings to get the head actually off.
