Body position is very important and I’ve noticed after coming out of my drive phase I’m too much on my back... this content is very helpful and I know it will help me with my body position ... if u put your self in the right position you can feel the difference right away . It’s the little things that make you run faster
for the first exercise how can you modify that or do an alternative if you don't have the equipment ( i have a med ball but my local gym doesn't have this set up)
they help a bit but if your just trying for squat strength then u should just do about 3-5 reps of 5 to 8 sets and the weight should be enough to make u only have the abitly to do 1 or 2 more reps after u get done with your set and the last set should be to failure

You can definitely do dumbbells, but make sure they are 7kg or less, so you do not hurt your shoulders. Hope that helps 💪

Yeah definitely. Even vertical medball throws can be beneficial.
