They’ve got things you need 100% of the time. - Run through the dungeon progression/Delve progression. USE your keys if you have them because the ilevel boost is massive for early weeks in any content. - You have more than enough currencies to upgrade pieces. I am literally drowning in all of them. If you find something good, upgrade it. - Level professions so you can either gear yourself, or start saving materials for crafting orders once the higher level pieces come out. Or just make some gold! - Have fun. Take your time. Nothing big is happening until Sept. 9th. Everything above is just for those wanting an edge.

@@davidkodomcek3980 So, every small regular quest has a chunk of reputation you’ll get with it. Some have 500, some have 1500, but they’ll be amazing ways to get free renown, gold, and basic starting gear. Along with that, once you get to ~Renown 8 with Dornogal, Hallowfall, and Assembly, those Renown vendors have a piece of 584 gear for you to buy. If you clear out the normal quests, it should give you rank 8 (or close) to it so you can get them almost right away.

If you upgrade your gear , the next piece you get will upgrade using just shards up to the lvl you got. Being that the initial crests become obsolete on later ilvls , I dont think is a waste to upgrade gear most of the time, specially early on.
exactly, take your upgrades where and when you can. at the most you'll merely use up Flightstones, but those only accumulate so high before you start wasting them anyways, so may as well use them rather than hoard them.
Ok I've collected 90 Crests from renown rewards and 90 from first week cap . And I done all heroic collected BiS items and upgraded them to 584 from 571. I used all my crests. Now I understand people are just upgrading their veteran gear and not adventurer gear. I'm ok with rerolling not to make the same mistake but I dont know If I get the renown reward crests again at another character. What's your advice on this situation ?
& also be ready to unlock Earthen & do the rest of the campaign quests on the 26th. The sidequests for Earthen unlock are great, I recommend everyone read the quest text.

Just started the new expansion and I have to say my only issue I have with it is that it still feels like we’re in dragonflight. It doesn’t feel like a new expansion. It just feels like an add on or another new area in DF. It’s Like the same feel as the loamm to me.
wow players complain that blizzard scrap good systems after an expac but will also complain about keeping said good systems for next expansion cause it "feels the same" pick one thing to complain about mate
I don’t know maybe the sky riding has an impact on it, that’s probably why I still feel like we’re in DF. I didn’t say any of the new systems were bad or anything. I actually quite enjoy the delves just wish I could do past tier 3 haha but still fun! The new dungeons are crazy too excited to see how the first season will be with mythic+ and the raid.

Sorry for dumb question but I'm dumb. ilvl better than stats? I have a lvl 80 but not sure if gear I got leveling is better than crafted and set gear I got from df.
I don't min/max nor do i sim so I'm not the best to answer that qustion but from my experience I'd say it depends on which spec you're playing, i remember 2 examples back in df where high ilvl didn't mean higher dps. I had a enh shaman with little mastery but like 450ilvl and my mate with the exact same talents, lower ilvl (425) but significantly higher mastery did 60% more dps than me. Back in season 4 when I was gearing unholy dk I was doing the same dps at 480ilvl as I was 510 cause I went purely for ilvl and that fucked my mastery (only droped from 85% to 58%) People say primary stat matters but the specs that rely heavily on mastery need to keep that secondary stat high regardless of ilvl (IMO). This makes gearing quite off putting and annoying how you can press all the right buttons yet in the end it still comes down to rng.
When those people(like you) get epic edition for early access as they are casuals, then this game count you as a milking cow. Yes you're a spoiled cow.

Also, we had to wait long minutes for respawns in some zones as people were either questing there too, or farming shit.. and there was no shared loot system.. whoever tagged it first got the drop, and the drop wasn't guaranteed.

I think the complaint is not the time, people are just sour that they can't hit 80 by only doing the campaign. I threw in a few delves, a handful of dungeons (like 3?) and one or two side quests chains, and had no problem hitting 80 right as I finished up the campaign. Still only took about 4 hours.
@yoggany damn near 8 bucks a day and the advantage is mainly leveling alts. Doesnt take long to level at all and as far as professions i get their could be some animosity there but it's not like this game hasn't had wow tokens for years. Not much different than them. You haven't missed a whole lot and get to enjoy it with the bigger crowd. I wouldn't worry bout it.

Professions, legacy, raid farming, and market control is all you need to know. You say you play with real money. Just use what you learned from that and do the same on wow. Supply and demand, as well as price setting/ gouging.

9 hours for main 70-80. First alt 70-80 in 4 hours spamming dungeons as a tank, it's fast and fun going that fast.

All my world quest gave me shoulder pieces I legit got 6 shoulder pieces and 1 ring all 570 who needs 6 shoulders
been looking for boots since the expansions started...gave me everything EXCEPT boots...even doing heroic i got no boots
