Only use flightstones if you are about to overcap. None of this gear matters In 2 weeks. 8 delves drop 603 champion with keys, m0 drops 593 Veteran and raid is between veteran and heroic. Don’t waste crest or money on gear that you will instantly change come Sep 10.
I really like that professions are important as this adds more depth to the overall gameplay. I also like to see that everybody can benefit from professions, wether they want to persue a profession or not. The game is getting better and better with every expansion. and a shout out to Kelani for making yet another very useful video for the casual player like me. Thanks mate

If you want to gear via normals and don't want to deal with pugs, you can run follower dungeons for 554 gear. There is no cooldown so you can target farm specific slots.
You won't need the max of max lvl gear for season start. Don't waste time with that spamming dungeons to get the stones and crests. If you are uncertain about which class you want to play during the season I suggest you level up your alts and get them the basic dungeon gear you can get.
Right there with you friend. I got my DF main to 80 to experience the new content and campaign, also earning the 5% bonus for my alts. Now I’m just leveling my alts by doing side quests (account wide rep) and dungeons to see what class I enjoy the most going into season 1.
Completely agree.. got my resto shaman to 80 spamming a few heroics but spending most of my time on grinding out the giga grind mounts so I don't have to do them later

I know im not in a rush i plan on leveling up my characters that i know i will want to gear up for endgame, but not in a huge hurry. The season isn't even here yet, and im sure it will be easier to get end-game gear. I mean, if you have an abundance of crests, fine but why rush take your time and enjoy yourself. But im sure there are alot of people that want to be geared for end game right away.
The 270 cap on Weathered Harbinger Crest is ridiculous. You didn't mention that you won't be able to lvl all your gear to 593, because the devs capped you from progress. Otherwise great video.
They have taken the "complex" (read confusing) currency and upgrade system from Diablo IV and implemented it in World of Warcraft. There's too many currencies and crests and whatnot.
Are the action house not connected with all realms in the region? Or it is just only few specific connected realms. I was thinking that they switched it to full connected when they changed auction house before Dragonflight.
Wow. 😵💫 They've made gearing up incredibly convoluted since I last played an expansion. I appreciate the info, but I feel like i need the 'explain it like I'm five' version.
What’s hard about it? There is an upgrade system, the currency used for upgrading is obtained from world quests and dungeons. Gear is obtained the same way it always has, world quests, dungeons, and crafting. Once you have the gear, you can upgrade it with the upgrade currency. Outside of that, just do the main weekly quest every week to slowly gather powerful materials.
Don't waste your materials on upgrading trash gear, you should have told people to wait till tomorrow so they can get base 597 1/8 or 3/8 at tier 8. Dumb suggestion getting people to waste their stones and crests to upgrade Adventurer gear from the max tier 3 locked before tomorrow unlocks it.
Hey Kelani I really like your videos but there is more you can add........ there is open world gear that can fill in the gaps when farming heroics. i.e. I just found a trinket Shadowed Essence (571) (Hallowfall) on the Adventurer track that does on an avg 5% dmg and took me under 1 minute to complete. And I am sure there is plenty of these little gems around (Handy notes should have them all), so instead of farming heroics for that ONE PIECE (which can take 3 or 4 approx. 1.5 hrs) and then farming m0 and then m+ .........you can fill in these little gaps by just going to the spot killing rare/doing stuff in a matter of minutes. I think this will distinguish your video from many that pretty much say the same thing.
Sounds like we should stockpile our Valorstones and Crests to upgrade gear after Season 1 as well, otherwise we’re just wasting it on 590 upgrades that’ll be replaced with 600+ after Season 1
@@retro3856 i think it's better to save those for when the Season begins and ilvl rewards increase as a whole. Crafted Gear to me seems to be the play for Pre-Season setup.
Yeah, gear, I am still sitting at 560 as I keep getting Warbound gear that I can not use, including 571 gear. And I never got so much rings and trinkets while getting no drops for other slots that are still left at 535.
you might have had a bit of gear in your inventory that you hadn't equipped, but have now shifted on, like a BOE on the AH maybe? That could put your ilevel below what you need to enter heroics.
"If you know how the crafting order system works" Why not just explain how it works. I didn't use it in DF, but cant seem to figure out how to order stuff. I have the mats, I went to my LW table and found the work order window but theres nowhere to request a work order. Please help.
Nice vid but it doesn’t matter trying to buy on other servers cause the AH is region wide. 😊 before you could send gold to other servers I used to put something silly in the AH for the amount of gold I needed on that other server and Then I would let a friend buy it for me on the server I needed the gold on (since you can’t buy your own auctions)
Hey I have loved your video for a log time but I have one request. Can you slow down you explanations? It feels like you are talking to people who have been playing the TWW expansion for a year and know everything you are talking about. I find your last few videos I am pausing, googling stuff you talk about and then rewinding and playing. For example when you talk about Azj-Kahet world quests / Pact feature and two open world quests - I had to pause for 5 min to figure out what you were talking about. Maybe do a break down video of each zone - what to do at 80 and then a suggestion for a weekly routine across everything
I have multiple quests to go into delves. Is it better to do those on a leveling character or is it better to go in with a maxed character? Will there be a different situation with loot for each?
They have always been a different id on season start so you stock piling a box that can only give a set lvl. The new season boxes will have a new id like always

There is no reason to go past 580 at all right now. Its more than enough to do m0s on release. Then you see where youre at gearwise and slam what you have.

Yeah but the cest cap is 180 atm so ur stuck at 580 for most pieces. You can get one rep piece to 606, I guess if instead u convert the crests down u could get more 590s. If you decide to use your spark u can push a bit more but I feel like that's a waste
The real question is still "what to main". I have a DK, Warrior, Shaman, and Mage all at 80 with ~570 gear and almost have Loremaster finished. Still not sure which one I want to main lol.
Can someone help me, im new to WoW. I completed almost every quest in the new expension only, getting about ilvl590 (with not upgraded normal dungeon gear and some high lvl gear from some shops i got and upgraded to ilvl615). But if i press "I" and search for a dungeon it only pops the normal one, i dont get the "heroic" to chose?
honestly, this is why I just usually wait to gear my characters up until later seasons because when a game is new and fresh, I will have the most fun leveling up my other characters the year will always be there, but the newness will not.

Good to know! It’s rare I get good random groups, so follower dungeons can be a nice starting alternative 👍
554 gear isn't upgradeable.

You only get loot from the quest. Have you picked up the quest from the lady at the area?

If you open your vault window you see that the vault will only be available when season starts. So no vault till HC Raid week.
