and what's even better is as you progress on your Main, you can get better and better Warbound Gear to help diminish the ilvl gap, so you're ready progressing Account wise.
i've seen other variations of this guide from other youtubers but kelani always with the best version! he's been doing this for roughly 10 years so he has WoW video guide PhD

Playing WoW these days is COMPLICATED... lol Back in Vanilla, assuming you'd invested the required SIX MONTHS of leveling (unless you had help) to hit 60, you typically either ran around zones harvesting mats for crafting, or you sat on the bank/auction house bridge in Ironforge and spammed trade chat for a tank and/or healer for 45 minutes in order to do a dungeon, while the raiders /flexed to show off their leet gear... lol (What those filthy horde animals did at the time I don't know, but I assume they sat outside their auction house in that ramshackle pigsty they call Orgrimmar... ;))

Otherwise its the same normal chill experience just that now you have more options to branch out to do EVEN MORE stuff. This is only complicated looking because Kelani, nothing against him, is putting a big list of things you should do and it looks like a chore to most. But what if you only do few of them there and here? Instantly different feeling and experience, but if you follow video like this, again i love Kelani and nothing against this, instead of casually exploring stuff and doing it every other day, it feels like you need to do 40 things in a day or else you're fucked.
i'm taking my time with getting ready, since we got two weeks to get prepared for the preseason. that being said i made it to Hollowfall last night on my main, meaning i'm halfway through the initial campaign and at level 75. this expansion makes it nice to do so, because even if i slack on KP i can get quickly caught up with Patron Orders. sure i may not be on the Gold grind right now, but i'll get there soon and take my slice of the pie. already got Potion Bombs learned (Power and Speed) that will be selling like hotcakes come S1 startup.
I wish renown vendors sold their items for gold. Kinda sucks having to grind rep plus specific currencies the quartermaster requires. Im only at level 77. Having fun so far. Thanks for this content
@@TheTigerus that doesn't really bother me since cosmetic items don't impact gameplay negatively. Let the rich kids get their mounts/pets faster. I just don't like the double grind of rep plus tokens. One or the other should have been enough. Or im just lazy 🤪
@@ryangochuico cosmetic items heavily impact the game, especialy WoW. Keystone master achievement exists in Legion and it's completed by less than 1% accounts. BfA S1 - less than 1% accounts BfA S2 - 2% accounts BfA S3 - 4% accounts BfA S4 - 16% accounts SL S1 - 21% accounts and from then it's stable 20ish% accounts. What changed? Dungeons are easier? Players have more time? Or maybe, just maybe this achievement gives mount. Another example: ask mythic boosters when they have more "orders" - on 1st or last patch of the expansion. You know the answer and you know why - mount for killing last boss. Saying that cosmetics are irrelevant is delusional.
@@TheTigerus i dont mean irrelevant, i mean doesnt negatively impact gameplay if you allow vendor mounts and pets to be bought with gold as opposed to a different currency or token system. Of course mount/pet/mog rewards are relevant. That's one of the main reasons i still play the game
@UltimateGamerCC it's not an issue this effect is passing off into other things as well. Like quests to obtain X amount of crests, you have them already you can turn it in right there.
I'm only level 72 atm, and gonna take it slow too, this expansion will be the most casual for me yet, enjoying things and not always just be chasing ilevels. Looking forward to doing Delves :-)
i've done a few already and i definitely am enjoying things, even the story is improving. even though some are complaining about mustache twirling villains, and i'm like "hello?? nothing new there, as if Nefarian and Onyxia were any less mustache twirlers." lol

Im a little fustrated with this way of leveling bc do u do all the leveling content on your alts anyway and if now where do u even start on an alt. To me this isnt easier lol. It would be nice to have a way to look up what parts of the quests that have been done and by what character. Like a quest tracker for a whole accnt.
on an Alt you can do as you please, whether that be spamming Dungeons, Delves, doing WQs or even doing the Campaign again, it's all open ended and if that is a bad thing to you, then gaming really has gone down the drain.
When a person dings 80, the very first thing I would do is make sure you have your Pathfinder achievement and hit all the flight points for the 25% buff. Something else I noticed is that fishing is a big thing in this expansion and can make a lot of money.

@@magdabrownis265 no they wont? who in existence had ever complained to "only" have 3 different currencies instead of 8 or 9? lorewise it makes no sense too, those factions live on the same island and its not that big. if you have that many currencies, it would make sense to have currency cross-traders
Is the main campaign shared with all your favorite characters within the war? Band I'm kinda confused cuz. I played it on one character, and I'm not sure if the other unlocks I've taken effect. And our sidequests shared with the war band as well. That's where I'm kind of confused as far as Advancement in the story sidequests factions
Like all other WoW content since Cataclysm, you're better off levelling to max level, watching the story videos on RUclips and collecting your catch up gear towards the end of the expansion because gear is all anyone cares about now. If you want to earn achievements early, you're the only one that is gonna wank off to that. There's nothing to gloat about. Even Rep farming has become redundant. You are going to eventually get a rep buff later on. In saying that, go have fun with the game as it is right now and enjoy your experience! They really need to make something unique for dedicated players and not just hand out freebies to everyone. Keep in mind, I am a freebie player. I love the handouts since I have little time to spend on the game. I actually think the game has become completely unfair to dedicated players.
you practically unlock them after doing the Isle of Dorn sidequests and completing the Campaign, which helps explain why they are becoming an Allied Race.
A bit frustrated right now, the Bountiful Delve quest has yet to appear. Unless I need to complete all of the Campaign that was released on the true RELEASE date, i think locked behind renown rank 6 dorn.
Iam NOT able to finish the campaign questline. The message is 4/5, wait for word from Alleria. People said we need to wait for the next patch to come out. So you were testing this in the beta i suppose?

Fun is subjective of course. But the game has never offered more endgame content then in TWW. Rep farming, story quests, world quests, events, professions, solo dungeons, group dungeons, raids, pvp. And all can be done to gear your character. And leveling alts also has never been better. If none of that is appealing to you, why do you play the game? What kind of content are you looking for exactly?
Question do you know if there is an alt skip for the max level campaign chapters for alts kinda like how the introductory lvling campaign has or each toon has to complete the en game campaign also ?
once you complete the campaign on your main, the Alts can get a skip from Thrall in Silithus straight to Dorn. from there you can just do whatever on your alts, no other steps necessary.
Once piece that i havent seen confirmed. I know there is a lot of effort being placed on Warbands and most things are warband bound. It looks (cant confirm) the keys are soulbound but the chests and sources for the keys are warband bound. Does that mean that you should really be doing most things on your main to ensure the coffer keys end up on that character? i hope this made sense...
no no no... look, the Coffer Keys are Soulbound and only SOMETIMES rewards are Warband Bound, it depends on luck in that regard, you'll want to work on one toon at a time and push them as far as you can get them, along the way you will get rewards that you can share with your alts like BoEs that you cant put on the AH.
Nah, if you've finished the campaign on one toon, once an alt hits 80 Brann has a quest that lets you skip the zone specific campaigns, and opens up the one you have to talk to Moira for that he mentioned in the video.
Great Video Kelani! Personally I am kinda tired of our "new" races just being reskins of old races... It shouldn't ever have happened again after BFA. Four reskins was already fucking enough. What next, mecha-goblins? Catgirl Elves?
The Earthen are cute tho... With the pretty gems.. And lore-wise, different skins make sense. But we are getting those troll/elf hybrids and human/elf hybrids right??
@ShadowsOfThePast legs don't matter any more since mechanical gnomes amd dracthyr don't even use leg armor. There's still plenty of instances of being transformed into Naga for quests.
Probably not, only get loot from the first two that you open each week. So even if you do get the higher gear from chests you save, it just means that the chests you get that week wont give you gear. May as well open them every week. Sounds like the only thing worth saving are the keys for bountiful delves.
none of these cache events were active on EU this week , leading to a lot of time wasted trying to do them. They should have started now after reset though
@@PointyPaints it IS easy, if this is hard then boy, you shoulda been here back at Legion when to unlock an Allied Race you had to hit Exalted and jump several other hurdles. you're just questing, you cant get any easier without a straight up paywall.
lol "immediately" is unlikely, especially if you are working hard during the two weeks, you'll be ready for the next step of the endgame, but thinking it will be an instant replace is just a very bad joke when RNG can play a hard factor into the seasons.

I did the classic mode.
Did every side quest. Stopped and did my fishing and herbing. Only did a couple of dungeons. Loving it.

I wish every vendor sell mounts for tokens not gold. Buying items for gold can be easily translated into real $$$.
i dont, Gold = Pay to Win and the Whales get enough of that as is.

If you do a bountiful delve prior to getting the Q for the dirigible, then get the Q that counts and you'll get the mount on the spot.

Taking a week off plus prerelease really was the way to go for me. Once you’ve done all the setup, weekly/daily content is manageable pretty easy!
tbf Blizzard is giving us plenty of time to get settled in, so even if starting on Launch there's plenty of time to prepare for the season.

What's addons you use to make your character have light similar NPC quest??

nothing is locked behind renown other than cosmetics this time, you have to finish the campaign and hit 80 to get stuff to start popping for you.

Once piece that i havent seen confirmed. I know there is a lot of effort being placed on Warbands and most things are warband bound. It looks (cant confirm) the keys are soulbound but the chests and sources for the keys are warband bound. Does that mean that you should really be doing most things on your main to ensure the coffer keys end up on that character? i hope this made sense...
no no no... look, the Coffer Keys are Soulbound and only SOMETIMES rewards are Warband Bound, it depends on luck in that regard, you'll want to work on one toon at a time and push them as far as you can get them, along the way you will get rewards that you can share with your alts like BoEs that you cant put on the AH.

far as i know you have to complete the Campaign and the Isle of Dorn sidequests in particular, since it will be the Unbound who are the Allied Race.

Nah, if you've finished the campaign on one toon, once an alt hits 80 Brann has a quest that lets you skip the zone specific campaigns, and opens up the one you have to talk to Moira for that he mentioned in the video.
no Campaign requirement on Alts, they'll appear on the map still, but they can be ignored.

@ShadowsOfThePast legs don't matter any more since mechanical gnomes amd dracthyr don't even use leg armor. There's still plenty of instances of being transformed into Naga for quests.
Can you keep the Caches unopened untill Season Start and then open them for the Veteran Track gear??
Probably not, only get loot from the first two that you open each week. So even if you do get the higher gear from chests you save, it just means that the chests you get that week wont give you gear. May as well open them every week. Sounds like the only thing worth saving are the keys for bountiful delves.
none of these cache events were active on EU this week , leading to a lot of time wasted trying to do them. They should have started now after reset though

wouldnt say its in full swing, the campiagn is time gated and the Earthen race is locked behind a time gate.
the Campaign isnt any more timegated than the patch by patch as it has been, it's just not Shadowlands gated.

That's the main storyline for each of the 4 zones that you can do from 70-80.
Kinda a shame all the world content gear ill get these next two weeks will get immediately replaced when the season drops.
lol "immediately" is unlikely, especially if you are working hard during the two weeks, you'll be ready for the next step of the endgame, but thinking it will be an instant replace is just a very bad joke when RNG can play a hard factor into the seasons.
