Nice shop. I bought a 26' by 25' building, poured a slab myself with a 14' lean to on one side. I only purchased the frame and metal roof panels with mine. I built 2 by 6 walls on each gable end with one roll up door. I installed 1 by 4''s lengthwise all around the sides and bought my own wall panels and installed them vertically, I didn't like the horizontal look. I spray foamed the whole inside of the building and that made a difference. Not as nice as yours but it's my sheet metal shop. Now these buildings are astronomically expensive.

True, everything costs much more now. I'm debating which way to go for another building. I've looked at lean-to's, building a new structure next to this one, and a few other options. The cost is the main thing getting in the way. I thought when I built this one, it was too high.

Love the shop ! If you don’t mind me asking. What does something like this ball park for ?

Well, it's a lot more now from what I have in it. I actually called the building place the other day asking about getting a 2nd one. They told me the building by itself would be $39k. So that plus concrete. I spent right at $35k for building and concrete when I built it. Everything as far as hvac, electrical, or anything most people pay contractors for, not included. If you'd like suggestions on what I'd do differently, let me know, and I'll start typing. Not real bad things but enough to annoy you after you've had one for a while.
