In the document upload section you have just uploaded the degree. what about transcript? do we have to upload it too and where?

"Conditional Institution Status If you apply to IQAS with credentials from this institution, they may or may not be assessed. There are specific conditions regarding recognition of this institution and its programs, and there are validity and/or verification measures that will affect whether or not IQAS can issue an assessment"

Iqas do not need documents in sealed envelope. Only hec attested uploaded documents are enough
Hi Bilal, i wanted to know, whether do we need to send the complete documents sealed set e.g. Metric, FSA, BSC & then PGD ? or only will sufficient to send the Highest / latest degree i.e. BSC & PDG in sealed envelope.. please advice.
Secondly if all documents required then matric, FSC documents are also require to obtained the sealed envelope from each individual authority or not... please reply and advice.

These charges are separate from CAD 275.

No. HEC will not send. Get the attested copies from HEC in sealed envelope and send directly to HEC through any courier service.

I have a question, IQAS has stated that do not send original documents. HEC Attested scanned copies are attached during online form filling.

It takes 2 days to complete the payment. First days make the account and initiate the application. 2nd day continue the same application.

as much as i know, IQAS will not assess your Canadian qualification. Its better to contact IQAS directly regarding your case. You can also send an email to ICAS and get their opinion. ICAS usually response quicker.

I have also done my degree From UMT (Master in Data Science), but IQAS is showing me a warning that “One or more of your credentials are associated with an institution that may not be recognized or accepted by IQAS:” can you please tell me is there any problem with UMT’s degrees? Is it compulsory to submit sealed envelope or not? actually I got my docs attested in early 2020 and got them sealed too so can I send them or would I have to get another set attested and sealed from HEC.

Hi, my Master's and Bachelor degrees are having HEC attestation at the back however the transcripts are not having HEC attestation stamp; as i never opted for transcript HEC attestation. Do I have to get my original transcripts attested as well from HEC before i start my application with IQAS. What is timeline of HEC to send the sealed envelope to us?
Yes. You need ur degrees and transcripts both attested by HEC. HEC maximum takes 20 days

Bilal bhai thank you for your effort, however, I have few questions. Please reply;
1. Do we need to upload both Degree and Transcript or only Degree?
2. Do we need to upload attested copies or Original with online application as IQAS ECA Country Specific Required Academic Documents says that "Upload official copy of transcripts attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan". Please clear this because attested to sealed envelope mn hogi to phir attested copy kese upload ho skti hai?
3. IQAS ECA Country Specific Required Academic Document also says that HEC must confirm the attestation on their website. HEC confirm krti hai website pa ya nahi?
4. Lastly, meri original degrees to pehle se attested hain which means stamp pehle se lgi v hai to IQAS ko bhejne wali copies to double attest/double stamped nahi hojaen ge? is that okay?

the payment section is the trickiest most, you skipped that, hack or support required there actually. why it is 8:15am always? site choked in 5-7 minutes and I was in the middle of nowhere by then, need some way out there..... suggestion please
Agreed. Its tricky. But you can manage.
When u continue on 2 day, be at Payment page and when clock hit 8;15 you process the payment.
Start ur draft on 2nd day to complete your process.
Bilal bhai i have earned BS.c Electrical Engineering degree having credit hours 136..i wonder if you could suggest me ECA agency (WES,CES,ICAS,IQAS) etc which give me Bachelor Equallency.

2- I only need to dispatch diploma to iqas or should dispatch intermidiate attested degree also
Send them all attested copies. Its up to IQAS, what assessment they issue.

This above msg shown when i filled the form in IQAS fOR ECA of my graduation degrees i.e. BSc and LLB .while my all degrees attested from UNIVERSITY/UGC/HEC.

kindly guide me if one of my degree which is M.phil doesn't has my family name (only Javaria Iqbal is mentioned ) rather the other bachelors and MBA carries full name (Javaria Iqbal Qureshi), will this be problamatic when these are send for ECA.
Kindly respond as soon as possible for you, as Im going to proceed with ECA very soon.
Its better to revise the name on degree. Because all relevant authorities require correct, complete and same name on all the documents. My recommendation is better to revise the name first then apply for ECA

A.o.A sir. IQAS canceled my wife's application after 2 months.They are saying that University of Sargodha is not recognized institute.But this university is in IQAS verified list and also HEC verified list.Then why IQAS canceled application.how I can resolve this issue??

You are right brother.UOS is a verified university that is accepted by HEC and it's name is also on IQAS list.....IQAS replied me that they are not accepting degrees of UOS these days......They wasted my 2 precious month alongwith 275 dollars...IQAS is not providing any guidance despite of sending 50+emails. They are just making money and nothing else.

Yes. There is time limit. 8:15am alberta time. convert this as per ur local time

Be ready @ your local time to start the application and you will finish all the sections except payment. 2nd day continue the the same draft and reach the payment page till 6:14 am alberta time as per your local time. This way you will complete your application process.

No need Attestation from university.
Send one passport copy and application from which u will receive from IQAS once u pay the fee.

IQAS has a list of University. If ur university name is there than u can. Otherwise go for ICAS
