Educational degrees are needed to have a global equivalency for its recognition. If you wish to move in any other country, your educational degrees must be accredited from such a body which assess your degree and provide an equivalency report which is recognized globally. There are many institutions in every country. What you need to bear in mind is, the body which will evaluate your degree must be an accredited from that country.
If you wish to move to Canada, either on work permit or on skilled Immigration and business immigration, you need an equivalency report for your degrees which is recognized in Canada. There are seven different bodies in Canada which provide equivalency services namely:
World Education Services (WES),
International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS),
Comparative Education Service (CES), University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS)
International Credential Evaluation Service.
Medical Council of Canada (MCC); and
Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC).
Most of the people choose WES for that purpose but in this video, I have explained it in detail that WES is just not reliable. For same qualifications, it gives different equivalency reports/outcomes. For instance, If you have master degree with 18 years of education, WES the equivalency WES might give could be diploma, Bachelors or masters.
In this video, you will get the fee of each ECA body, its Pros and Cons. I have also showed you some of the examples of same degrees with different assessment report. Two of my clients who are class fellows from matric till their masters of 18 years education, I sent their degrees for equivalency (the same degrees) one got the equivalency of Bachelors and other two years and three years diploma. I also have 18 years of education and I got master. Nutshell is, for master degree you can get equivalency of diploma, bachelor and Master so WES is extremely unreliable when it comes degree outcomes.
Don't do your equivalency from WES. ICAS and IQAS are the best. I have also explained in this video the Fee and pros and cons of each educational credential assessment body.

First of all, most of the information you have provided is miss-leading. You are saying don't go for WES/IQAS then do you recommend going for other 2 options which takes 30 weeks? `
Also WES doesn't charge you one time for all of your degree attestation, it charges you CAD 220 for each document.
Please rectify your information and your information WES doesn't charge for each document.

Reasons
1. APEGS accepts only WES assessed Bachelors of Engineering degree (I have done BE in Electronics)
2. IQAS easily accepts Pakistani Master degree (I have also done MS in IT)

Hi Mr. Kamran, thanks for video. By comments I have noticed that no more requirement to send hard copies. I have 3 Years Bachelor (3 Transcripts of 6 Semesters), 2 Master degrees (2 Transcripts) and will follow below steps.
1-Will get attestation of photo copies of all transcripts and 3 degrees from HEC Karachi Office.
2- Then submit the IQAS application and just upload the attested documents (Degrees and Transcripts).
Please advise it is ok to follow?
