Thank you very much. Till yesterday I was only doing research but I happened to come across the problem of Daily Limit for applications which I was unaware of. For a moment I did panic and I searched for ways to get around this problem and yours seemed the most sorted. For the first time today I tried creating my application and your method of opening multiple tabs and clicking the ECA button on each tab at five second intervals worked for me in two different tabs. I am trying to open the Iqas main page, and after I login the main page is just get 'refresh' automatically ever and ever.
Even if I try to be super fast to successfully click on 'Create New Application' link - it takes me back to the main page only.

You can send it from anywhere, as long as the envelope is unopened.

No, you don't have to login on each tab. Just on one and then copy-paste on the other tabs

Done my graduation n masters from 2 different universities n one of which is giving physical copy of transcript n another one is directly forwarding to IQAS,what can be done.please advice.
It doesn't matter as long as your file number is mentioned on both. You can also collect the transcripts from both the universities. Bring them home and them put them both in a big envelope and courier that. Just make sure that they stay stamped and seal the way you received it from the university and not opened.

Thanks for this information...i have a question as they had mentioned in step 3 that if your country is listed in the given pdf you don't need to send the documents from university u have to only update scanned copies of education. So what we have to do then, either go to university and request for online submission of transcript or not. Thanks in advance 🙏

It's okay but it's not recommended. Fill the form, make your payment and only then send the transcripts.

You can but they will ask for the degree during the process at some point.

Update: Created 5 tabs at the different time stamps on Chrome and got in with one tab. My application got expired as a result of unforeseen circumstances and I created another today. Opened 10 tabs at the five time stamps and got in with 5 tabs. Now I am at the payment section. बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद Moumita.
Can you confirm me IQAS is open now. I saw that they were closed since nov 20 for covid. Can you confirm me that? & also can you tell me what is their processing time for ECA specially for this COVID. ??
They have been open since 4th January 2021. The processing time is about 4-5 months. Much faster if you send your transcripts electronically. However, because of Covid they only allow a limited number of applications to be submitted per day. It's very difficult to create a draft which is why I have made this video. Go through it thoroughly and may be you'll be able to create your application today itself. Hope this helps.

one day i should try to get in by 8.15 n fill up application and on other day make the payment.
Or once we are in by 8.15 we can fill d derails and make the payment without any issues? Because we might need some time to fill all details
You won't be able to create application and make the payment on the same day.
Like you rightly pointed out, one needs to time to carefully fill the application first. So yes the payment will have to be tried for on another day.

1) can we send attested copies to iqas from university rather than transcripts
2) i see iqas do not send copy to canada govt so as stated on iqas website, is file number enough for EE details?
3) Do IQAS provide soft copy too?

@@surajbabar5301 1. No, you have to get your transcripts sent from the university in a sealed and stamped envelope
2. IQAS doesn't send it to the goverment like WES. A soft copy and a hard copy of your evaluation report will have a number which you can enter on your Express Entry form and that's all you need

4. Yes. IQAS only asks for the highest credential. But if someone wants more than one credential evaluated they don't charge extra for it. However, each credential added adds four more weeks to the processing time.

you can apply through provisional but they will ask for your degree later during the process.

Yes. Provisional will do. There is an option while filling your application which asks you if your degree is incomplete or complete. You cn choose incomplete and proceed to upload your provisional certificate
what I have to write in (Student ID at the institution) & (Major) under the section of academic request form.
I am applying for Master of Commerce.
Student ID is your enrollment or roll number.
Major is the specification. Your master must have some sort of honours. Put that subject as the major.
Section B will be filled by the University. Hope this helps
Thanks Moumita. I tried this and succeedes to fill everything except payment. I will try to make payment tomorrow. However I have three doubts. I would be grateful if you tell me your viewpoint on these :
1) When I clicked 'preview application', I saw 'yes' against 'have you applied previously?'. The fact is, I never applied before. How may I remove this 'yes' ? I ended up creating multiple drafts, do you think that could be the reason I am seeing a 'yes' there & I should ignore?
2) I selected 'no' against 'have you sent request to send original documents to IQAS directly? ' because I haven't sent the courier yet. Also, I won't send originals. I will send attested copies only. So, Did I answer correctly?
3) only transcripts are required to be send via courier and those transcripts can be notarized, right? I saw they wrote 'we don't return notarized copies'.

Hi Mam, I followed the process, but, I was unable to start with my application. I clicked on the ECA at 08.14.40, but it did not work.. I again clicked at 8.15.1 it gave me the limit over error. Please help
Please watch the video carefully. You have to click on every time stamp, they are 5 seconds apart. It usually happens in one go.

Academic request form is not mandatory these days. However in your case, you can apply for transcripts online. Along with it email the academic request form to your university.
You do not need to upload your marksheets when filling your online IQAS application. IQAS only asks for a scanned copy (front and back) of your degree.

I need ur help on 1 thing, which is that does, I have done my MBA in Marketing n sales from Amity University and ICES SITE says they do not evaluate amity university degrees, is it true, as IQAS is crowded and only option is ICES please suggest.

No IQAS clearly states that you should only send your highest degree. However, they don't charge for an extra degree evaluation if you want to get it done. Only the processing time increases by at least 4 weeks.

Can we pay first and later edit the form or how to fill the form in that 1 min ??
No need to fill the form in one minute. First of all, after you have created your application, you can keep filling and editing it till you make the payment because application creation and payment cannot happen on the same day. Hope this helps.

Depends on how you're sending the transcripts. If you send them electronically, the process sometimes takes only two months. Via courier it may take up to 5 months

How much time will IQAS take to respond once they have received all the transcripts, how will I know that they have received my transcript?

Have you sent them a courier or have you sent the transcripts electronically? I only ask before the chances of the latter being processed at a faster pace is possible.
Secondly, yes, your status will get changes as and when they move ahead in the process.
Read the after you apply section on IQAS website.

It will happen. The next page is a disclaimer. Try again tomorrow following the exact steps mentioned in the video.

Also, the only place that does ECA for SMU distance is ICAS. So you can get it done by them.

Dear Mam I want to know that is it mandatory to pay 75$ for IQAS ECA courier charges because it is showing to 275 $ in stead of 200$

@@anujchaudhary488 it is mandatory. However if you know anyone in Canada, you can put their address as the place for delivery of the physical copy of your report. The price will then come down to 15 dollars instead of 75. You will not need the physical copy at any point during the EE process. So save money by putting a Canadian address

Which is why the login needs to be done exactly at 8 a.m. Alberta. Even if it shows error you have sign in again and keep trying. At least on three tabs. You will reach the ECA page. And then you wait and click on them exactly on the time stamps mentioned.
The internet speed needs to be at least 10 mbps. Hope this helps. 👍🏼
