      More like he didn't want to get half way thru the transaction, just to have to void it, when the pissed off customer screams, "WTF do you mean $20 plus tax?!?!?!?!" In my brief stint as a cashier in a convenience store, I would often warn people of pricing when it seemed there was a good chance they most likely had ZERO clue about insanely bloated convenience store pricing. The only possible downside is easily offended MF'ers that think you're assuming they're poor, and say shit like "Wutchoo think I can't afford it?!?!?!". Sometimes, ya just can't win.

He can grant a peace and joy unfelt, and be your closest friend always there, This is the gospel

For the first month it was sold out every time I went down the drink aisle but I managed to buy a bottle a few weeks ago and it’s one of the most disgusting drinks I’ve ever tried. There’s a actually a study done that shows drinking the same amount of water and gatorade, you will have the same hydration levels. I’m not a doctor but it would probably be best to avoid all the artificial colors and ingredients. Your best choice for hydration is natural spring water or real fruit juices. Fruits are really good for hydration especially melons like watermelon and cantaloupe.

      @Bohynes7 7 месяцев назад +2

      Also forgot to mention the only reason sports drinks like Gatorade absorb more quickly into your body than water is because it’s full of artificial ingredients which are modified to do that but just give it a quick google, artificial ingredients are directly linked to certain types of cancer, nervous system issues like insomnia, hyperactivity, and irritability, respiratory issues like asthma, and a bunch of other stuff. If your in sports it’s probably not a good idea to drink stuff like this all the time. Do with that what you will don’t take my word for it go look it up. You don’t need a medical degree to be informed on the things your putting in your body.

    By the time the drink gets overstocked in the supermarkets, they've already made their money and then some if a bottle is 10$.
    Not only that, the stores themselves have to buy it first, so their sales are guaranteed the moment the bottles leave the storage warehouses unless the stores have a deal which states the producer only gets paid when the product itself sells at the store, meaning the store isn't the one who handles most of the risk - and news flash, these days almost no store gets that deal anymore due to online shops.
    In other words, over stocked stores doesn't mean Paul and his gang of goons didn't get their money. The stores themselves are the ones left hanging since they purchased the stock but can't sell it. So yes, they've made their money and then some by the time the stores are over stocked. The only way they'd ever lose money at this point is if they don't stop production the moment they get no orders from stores or online sales.
    It's like trying to scream bloody murder when the body's been there for at least a week and the murderers are already chilling half way across the globe.

    Hey mate, would be real interesting to see how hydration/dehydration effects surfers? Would be real interesting to know if the salt water has a negative effect on hydration. Also it's really hard to tell if you sweat while in the water.

  • @deathy8412
    @deathy8412 8 месяцев назад +1

    What he says about BJJ losing a lot of sweat is absolutely true, never done BJJ without ever having sweat half my body weight in sweat. Also, great simple science explanation for rehydration involving electrolytes. As for Prime, I consider it the Anti-sports drink. It would have a different purpose to sports drink which is to replace your electrolytes and rehydrate you. Anti-sports drink(Prime)'s purpose would be an easily accessible liquid drink for reducing sodium overload in an unathletic person's diet, in lay man's terms, too much sodium here some potassium drink. I say this would be an appropriate use for this drink, because of the following reasons: It has vitamins which would be appropriate for an average person being gross. The drink has 2 grams of sugar, which would in comparison to an average American drink, be very little and would help in reducing overall sugar consumption from increasing satiety of from putting the drink in your stomach. The drink has 20 kcals for the entire drink which would be appropriate for an average first world person's heavy caloric diet. The drink has 5-10 mg of sodium which would be great at not adding significant sodium to an average American's sodium heavy diet. Finally, the drink has 700mg of potassium which would be great for a diet with too much sodium. A whole lot of science, but you need potassium and water to get rid of excess sodium. All in all, I would like to make the point that sports drinks are for more athletic person and prime is for a more unathletic person. I believe my opinion is as unbiased as I can make it, because I haven't had Prime and I haven't watched Logan Paul

    Think it's also important to point out the large amounts of caffeine in prime. Not only is it not an adequate hydration drink but it is giving the target market i.e. kids, large doses of caffeine which obviously gives them a buzz and keeps them coming back to buy it. Also, the caffeine gives the sensation that you feel energised but is packaged up as 'hydration'. So bottom line is you're not hydrated you're on a caffeine high!

    4:15 I'd just like to point out that when it comes to the sugars, Sucrose actually holds more energy than glucose does, so its technically better to consume sucrose instead of glucose when rehydrating. However, in reality the difference isn't that much bigger so it really doesn't matter which you consume. Just wanted to point out that small fact. Fructose comes in third place between the 3
