Quizás les sirva esto. A mí me pasó este error y luego otros errores en Windows e incluso la pantalla azul, al parecer por problemas en la placa de una PC, probé de todo cambiando Disco Duro, RAM, Fuente, cables, etc. Lo único que me funcionó fue cambiar el puerto SATA del HDD del 0 lo puse al 1 o 2 porque con el SATA 0 me aparecía este error y cuando cambiaba a otro puerto 1 o 2 tenía que formatear y dejarlo en esos puertos, cometí dos veces el error de regresar otra vez al SATA 0 y me apareció este error y otros y tuve que volver a formatear. Lo mismo me pasaba con el cable de alimentación de corriente del HDD así que probé con cuál no daba error y lo dejé así y ya no lo toqué más y tapé el case y ya van dos días funcionando sin problemas.

Sé que quizás es algo tarde para muchos, pero si no logran encontrar la opción "Above 4G Decoding" es porque tal vez no esté en "Boot", si no en "Advanced". La encontré dando vueltas ahí. Después de activarla, comprueben que la Hora y Fecha de la Bios este correcta, si no es así, arreglenla. Así me funcionó a mí, al menos. Saludos.
Ok so all you have to do is just turn your computer off and hold the power button down for 30 seconds repeat that 3 times and press the delete button on the number pas a couple of times and you'll be taken to the menu

Actually all you have to do is turn it on then spam the delete button on the computer and you'll be taken there
