The people that helped me was my husband and daughter. You put the stand together and sit the machine on top. They will train you virtually on how to use it. A time will be scheduled for you.

Very informative video! Did you have to up the wattage on your circuit breaker to run your machines? Does your power trip if you don’t?

How did you set tension with all four top knobs? I am having such a hard time.
Thanks for watching. I have to be honest, I haven't really adjusted the tension. I left it alone. I would definitely reach out to customer service and they will gladly assist you. I try not to mess with my tension too much.

Hey I just bought this machine and can't wait to get it nxt week. Question for you though the table you show on here. You said it (Came with the machine)?? You didn't pay extra for it? Is it for the mt-2001-s8 machine originally or the 1010 machine?

is this machine pretty much the 1501 with an extra 5 needles?
Hey Andre! This machine does have 5 more needles, it also has a larger embroidery field, larger hoops, and large table is included, the screen is different, and you can send files wirelessly. But overall, yes the main difference is the number of needles.
I am planning to process an order for the 20 needle. Are there any issues that you see with this unit since they added a 3rd row of knobs?
Hello Alejandro!! I am not having any issues with the third row of knobs. I don't mess with the tension unless it's needed. I am so excited you are going to be purchasing a 20 needle. do we need to oil this machine before first use?
Thank you Tom for watching the video. You will need to oil it every day or after 8 hours of use. I hope this helps.

I am getting more and more sad as you speak... I got my 20 needle (I live in Portgal) and NOTHING other than the regular hoops came with my machine: not the 8 in 1, not the software, not the 5 year warranty, etc...
I'm so sorry to hear that. I bought my 8 in 1 separately as mentioned. Everyone that buys a Ricoma is able to get Chroma Software for free. I personally use Embrilliance Essentials for designing. Please call Ricoma to check on the software.
